Ich habe jetzt innerhalb kurzer Zeit das erste Mal online Brillen bestellt. Ich habe verschiedene Anbieter probiert. Firmoo ist für mich der Favorit. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Verarbeitung der Brillengläser, die Sehschärfe ist perfekt. Das Gestell finde ich super. Ich werde meine Brillen definitiv wieder bei Firmoo bestellen. So günstig bekomme ich hier vor Ort zu dem Preis nicht eine Brille.

Ich wollte eine Brille zurückgeben, die vom Sichtfeld unscharf sich aus wirkt, andere Brillen von dem gleichen Shop haben diese Einschränkung nicht. Man ist darauf überhaupt nicht eingegangen und hat Ausreden und Ausflüchte gefunden und in Emails verpackt, bis mir nach etlichen Emails ein Rabatt angeboten wurde. Diesen wollte ich auf eine aktuelle Bestellung anrechen lassen und wieder Ausreden das ginge nicht usw. etc. pepe. Ich habe einige Brillen bei Firmoo bestellt weil ich den Preis und die Brillen gut fand, aber nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich wieder bei der Konkurrenz bestellen. Vielen Dank

I love Firmoo so far. I have a high prescription, (-7.00 about) and my glasses did not give me beer goggle vision like other online glasses companies have. I will say the only downside is that my lenses are super thick even though I paid for the thinnest lenses. This was a tad disappointing, but I am willing to bet that’s attributed to the thin frame I got perhaps? I didn’t like the frames that I picked (this was an error on my part) but the customer service is friendly, informative, and helped me out with all of my issues. I will not name names because I read not to. Firmoo, if you’re wanting to give credit for your employer that talked to me, please contact me.

Sadly due to my high prescription and weird PD i was unable to fully get new glasses from y'all with the parameters given. But the help every where to try and get me new glasses was absolutely spectacular. I wish my old frame was still available, because I would definitely buy it. Please add more 49 mm diagonal glasses!
