The quality of the frames and lens are beyond 😌 what I expected, for sure. The frames are so strong (I already stepped on them and dropped them numerous of times 🤫🫠) but you didn’t see it from me! The lens are the best quality for the modifications I made to them, if you are worried about if the prescription(s) is legit, it is. They fit my face better than I thought! I get complimented on them from time to time,my last glasses were rusted (not from firmoo but from the Optometrist, cost me $300 🫣). Bought two pair from here for much MUCH less. I would say try them out and see if they are for you, without breaking the bank.

Las gafas me han encantado están muy bien para el precio que tienen y son muy originales. Las llevé a mi óptica de siempre a ponerle los cristales y cuando las saqué para dárselas a la chica vi que tienen una pastilla floja y que ya no se puede apretar más, una pena porque esto ha empañado un poco mi experiencia y no sé si volveré a comprar

My customer support provider was Karen. Love this company, great prices, great frames, great customer service and super fast shipping times considering it’s shipped from China. I had a little issue with my glasses frames and it got resolved instantly, they emailed me back in under 6 hours, very satisfied with everything they do, will definitely buy from them again in the future.

My customer support provider was Maricar ; I’ve unfortunately had quite a few issues from online retailers and services over the past few months (requiring multiple follow ups even after being told the issue would be resolved). My experience with Maricar’s service and support was the best I’ve had as of recent, purely for its effectiveness, it’s efficiency, and the pleasantness of the interaction. Please forward this to your manager so they are aware of their great work! Interaction started Oct 16, confirmed resolution on Oct 19, I received my resolution completely processed by the 23rd. Very quick

Honestly the best experience I had buying new glasses. I even sent a few of my friends the link to order some for themselves! They came so quickly too! And the chat service is amazing l, answered my questions, super kind, and friendly. I love my glasses! I bought 3 pairs!
