Cheap glasses but broke in less than a year of casual use (cinema, working from computer…). Was not my fault because what broke was the screws! Also, the glasses feel weird changing from medium to long distance. Cheap but health and quality pay the price!! Go to a local eyewear company, support local economy and save yourself the disappointment and bad customer service. I wrote to customer service after their reply but still did not get an answer.

Very unique, super cute,super fashionable glasses. Love them. You'll get lots of compliments. Firmoo does not disappoint. My scripts have been perfect. I own some of the highest quality glasses that are even better than some overpriced optometrist eyeglasses I had to buy before discovering Firmoo. Extraordinary !

They send emails to update you regarding your order, and would ask if you were satisfied. They have the prettiest frames I have ever seen, and their customer service is great. Also, I really like the product I've ordered.

1ère lunette cassé en les possant sur ma table de nuit (j'avais pris des lunettes sans contour). La 2e, ils m'ont donné un coupon mais fallait quand même que je paye les frais de port. Quelques jours après le verre casse et la tige aussi. C'est vraiment des lunettes de très mauvaise qualité. Et la il me font croire que les lunettes seront gratuites mais non, ils faut que je repaye les verres (qui coûte le plus cher) pourtant ils disent que les lunettes sont garantie !!!. Resultat n'achètez pas la bas, sinon vos lunettes vont vous revenir cher a la fin.

I bought 2 pairs of varifocals. I wanted big frames, as they are in fashion at the moment. I downloaded a facial photo so I could test them. I received much assistance and patience online as I am a bit of a novice when dealing with this kind of thing. When my glasses arrived, I was so impressed with the quality of the frames and glass and wanted so much for them to fit. However, they looked so big on my small face and I received so much negative feedback from friends and family that I emailed Firmoo, and explained that I needed to return them and asked for a refund. I was flabbergasted when they replied and said that I could keep them and they would refund the total amount. The refund was received within 24 hours. I can only speak from my own experience of the service I received from this company for which I was very grateful. I am in the process now of purchasing normal size frames and sunglasses under the 2 for 1 scheme currently being advertised.

Dålig leveranstid, behövt vänta i snart 2 månader på mitt paket. 🙂
