The products and speed in which they arrive are excellent. The accuracy of the lenses for me are exceptional and they are a fraction of the cost of the UK high street. I’ve bought several pairs!!

So pleased with my glasses from Firmoo. I have a habit of leaving them on the floor or sitting on them that I’ve got through 2 pairs - they actually lasted very well considering how many times I’d stood on them! Just received my 3rd and 4th pairs from Firmoo and all 4 pairs have been perfect! Comfortable, durable and great value. The delivery was much quicker than I expected too!

I cannot believe that firmoo now charges 8 euros for the delivery only if you buy a couple of glasses because It goes Up if you buy more than 3. Customer service is a joke....whenever i tried to contact i haven,t been able to get some help propperly. This delivery #26072116213647 is going to be the last one..... delivery fees so expensive and really bad customer service. they promised me a free accesorie and when the delivery comes nothing has been add up. I Will create a vídeo talking about in for my 736k audience.👍 today 26th july i contacted firmoo,talked to nelvie and what a waste of time,cut and paste replies and i felt insulted,after so many years of shopping in firmoo what a lack of interest.what a bad customer service experience i had.
