J'ai racheté deux paires de lunettes chez FIRMOO et comme il y a eu un problème de livraison du au livreur, FIRMOO m'a immédiatement renvoyé ma commande que j'ai reçue et dont je suis très satisfait. Quel service ! Peu de sociétés aujourd'hui sont capables de traiter aussi bien leurs clients, FIRMOO l'a fait et c'est juste et parfait. En plus avec un prix qualité imbattable. Je recommande sans hésiter FIRMOO pour des lunettes impeccables et un service clientèle d'exception !

Preis/Leistung TOP, Organisatorisch eine Katastrophe. Der bei der Bestellung genannte Liefertermin ist absolut unverbindlich für das Unternehmen. Die Lieferung wurde ohne irgendwelche Informationen um 2 Wochen verschoben. Nach Ablauf des neuen Datums bekam ich eine Mail, mit dem Hinweis dass sich die Lieferung weiter verzögert und Zitat "Wenn Sie die Brille dringend benötigen, helfen wir Ihnen gerne, die Bestellung zu stornieren und... " 🤦🏼‍♂️ Die Lieferung kostet übrigens 10 Euro für die Express Lieferung. Nur mit viel Geduld zu empfehlen

Firmoo go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. You can be confident you will be looked after. They have lots of options, quirky cool designs and for a good price. A lot of the frames are quite large, but this seems to be common when buying glasses online. You can always use the filter to only look at the small size frames.

Las gafas se rompieron en unos meses y me quieren cobrar 10€ por enviarme unas nuevas, estando en garantía!!!! Está prohibido por legislación europea cobrar los portes de garantía.

Bought 2 pairs of reading glasses, unfortunately one of them was hurting me (nose pads). I've contacted the customer service by e-mail, and I was contacted the next day with understanding, kindness and a resolution to my problem. I've been a customer to Firmoo for some time and would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for quality and affordable glasses.
