Absolute horrible service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for about $50, about a day or so later I got a email that firmoo had put my order on "hold" but they were also refunding my money. They told me that my bank flagged it as a risky transaction but when I called my bank they said the opposite, the transaction had went through successfully. I went to online chat and expressed how this isn't right. They told me they didnt cancel my order even though I was getting a refund? I'm now getting spam emails to reorder the SAME purchase from this website. I wasn't even refunded the whole amount and the associate that was helping me was explaining nothing, would just send the same information over and over that made absolutely no sense. Also they tried to charge me an extra fee that they requested off my paypal. Would NOT ever recommend buying from firmoo!!!!!!!

The glasses I received were quite good. Comfortable to wear, and a comfort for my eyes. My only complaint would be that the delivery took an age. A couple of weeks give or take. But for these prices, I would say the good greatly outweighed any inconvenience. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Animado por los comentarios de los usuarios y por unos precios francamente buenos, decidí pedir unas fantásticas gafas graduadas. Tenía pensado pedir 3, unas deportivas y dos "normales" de sol. Menos mal que sólo pedí unas... Después de esperar todo el proceso de fabricación y envío, chequeando diariamente por dónde pasaba mi paquete, llegó el día en el que a través de Amazon Shipping estaba en proceso de entrega. Hasta que me llegó un sorprendente e inquietante mensaje de "Pedido Entregado", estando yo en casa esperando, sin que nadie ni nada haya venido por aquí... No ha habido manera de saber dónde está mi pedido ni qué ha hecho el transportista con él, suponiendo que efectivamente existan el transportista y el paquete en cuestión... Ahora estoy en espera de recibir el reembolso de lo pagado, para lo cual debo esperar un injustificado mes... Al menos, en teoría, no voy a perder el dinero, pero me parece un sin sentido lo ocurrido... La próxima vez que quiera o necesite unas gafas, a la óptica del barrio. Será más caro, pero mucho más seguro...

Habe firmoo von einer Freundin empfohlen bekommen, da sie nur Einstärkengläser hat, war ich sehr skeptisch ob Gleitsichtgläser dort genauso gut sind. Aus Neugier habe ich bei firmoo eine Brille bestellt und wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Das Gestell ist sehr leicht und gut verarbeitet und die Gleitsichtgläser sind sogar besser als von meinem Optiker, die Sicht ist klar und ohne Einschränkung. Das war definitiv nicht die letzte Brille die ich dort bestellt habe. Top
