gave them correct data for glasses but the result is unusable. view through glasses is blurry and no chance to see through. hit the refund button three times last days they always confirm the ask for refund but never give you an answer. guess there only interest is sending you free glasses offer with product if you give them good revies/unboxing videos on social media so no one knows how many of the good reviews online are paid by them. no company to be trusted

Vraiment très contente de mon achat . Verre a ma vu et de plus 10 fois moins cher que en magasin ... 36€les 2 paires a ma vue ... C'est mon premier achat et par faute de moyen j ai essayer et je ne suis pas desus ... Je recommanderai sur le site car en magasin spécialisée c'est un abus des prix

I had chosen a different style of glasses which I found uncomfortable with nose pads. The company were fantastic. I was offered a couple or a refund with no need to return the glasses. Given the amazing (American style) customer service i chose the coupon as i will be ordering a new pair. The quality of the glasses and varifocal lenses i received were excellent.

Ho ordinato un paio di occhiali da sole graduati su Firmoo, ma dopo averli ricevuti ho notato un fastidio alla visione da un occhio. Ho contattato l’assistenza, pensando ci fosse un problema nelle lenti, e invece ho scoperto che il mio collega aveva preso male la misura del PD (distanza interpupillare), quindi l’errore era mio. Nonostante questo, il team di Firmoo è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile: mi hanno offerto un coupon del valore dell’ordine per farmene fare un altro paio con le misure corrette, senza chiedermi di restituire quelli sbagliati. Li donerò volentieri a un centro di raccolta, e intanto consiglio davvero Firmoo per l’onestà, la cortesia e la qualità del servizio. In un mondo in cui tanti vendono e basta, loro dimostrano di voler costruire fiducia. Bravi!
