I have purchased four pairs of glasses. Two a couple of years ago and two that arrived today. All glasses have been amazing, vision is correct and delivery is extremely fast. Would highly recommended Firmoo and will definitely be using again.

Ordered 2 pairs based on their recommendations for progressives. When they arrived I couldn't see a thing in them and was told that I didn't choose frames for progressives. They were indeed on the progressive friendly list. Terrible experience here. The website suggestions are not to be trusted.

Had a problem and the person in communication with me was very responsive and thorough. She took care of all my concerns and also explained some things I could change for better fit.

Ich alles gecheckt, Anschrift wurde geprüft… nur leider gibt es bei meiner Postleitzahl 26 Orte . Natürlich nimmt firmoo den erst besten und prompt falsch. Ich denke passiert . Schreibe mit der KI die verspricht mir beim 2. mal passiert das nicht noch einmal . Ich mich wieder gefreut gefreut. Und Zack der gleiche Mist. I have ordered many pairs of glasses from Firmoo. Always has been good quality lenses. About 1 to 2 times i have contact customer service about eyeglasses frames, if not suitable. Always get so nice feedback and problem is solved in no time. I trust this company. Have ordered my glasses many years from this shop now. I live in Finland and glasses have arrived in two weeks max. It's faster than my local opticalstore😊...and at least 5 times cheaper🤗 Thank tou Firmoo for these many years. I am glad that i have find you🥰

Fantastic customer service

I purchased two pair of glasses. Both pair are great quality. The 'try-on' process is easy when you upload a front facing photo. I have used the return process which was super easy. I would highly recommend ordering glasses through Firmoo. It much less expensive than most brick and mortar stores.
