The prices (even without a discount and there always seems to to be a discount) and quality of the lenes and frames are better than other sites. Their customer service is excellent. I like the custom filters that that FIRMOO has. The web site is easy to navigate. Uploading your picture and prescription is easy. At FIRMOO you do not have to pay a fortune for quality eyeglasses.

Excellent customer service. Rapid response and no quibble settlement even though they could have demurred. First class company to deal with.

Binnen 11 dagen mijn twee nieuwe brillen in huis.

The glasses I ordered were perfect! Exact same colour and shape as the advertisement, they fit really well. I ordered blue light with no prescription and they are actually blue light. I have been scammed by other websites before but I actually got blue light this time. I'm so happy with them! 1 problem was that the box came broken, but the glasses were unharmed. I don't blame the company tho, I blame AUSPost.

Cordiali saluti, Il Team Firmoo
