5 stelle meritatissime

Hello Kym, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration you have experienced with your order. Upon checking your package was returned to us by Royal Mail due to an address issue. When we received the returned package, we reached out to you to confirm your address and have submitted the request for reshipment to Royal Mail. Please kindly note that it typically takes a few days for the local carrier to process and schedule the reshipment after the request for reshipment was submitted. If you would prefer not to wait for the reshipment, please feel free to let us know anytime (Email: [email protected]; Livechat: 24/7), and we will be happy to process a full refund for you instead immediately. Our customer service representative will reach out to you via email within 24 hours. Please check your inbox or spam mail then. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately my glasses were unwearable as they were out of focus. I ordered intermediate glasses for viewing my laptop several hours a day and the glasses are fine looking across the room but I cannot focus up close on my computer now. So unfortunately the glasses can't be used for the intended purpose of buying them. Wasted money. UPDATE: I am changing my rating of this company from 2 stars to 5 stars after being contacted by Firmoo customer service. An outstanding job at after sale service and have gone out of their way to resolve the issue with my glasses. I Highly recommend this company going forward.
