Ich bin so begeistert. Ich habe bestimmt schon 8 Brillen dort bestellt. Endlich zahlt man kein Vermögen. Die Qualität ist top. Sie sitzen auch schon perfekt. Was für ein Phänomen.

I placed 2 orders this month. the first order came in perfect, and i was very impressed by the quality and how cute it was on. So i place another order for a different frame. This one came defected. One arm was slightly shorter than the other, so when i put it on, one arm would be pushing outwards against my ear and I could feel the lens of the other side against my lashes. For me to wear them comfortably, I have to make sure the "shorter" arm was not opened fully so it would sit straight against my face. I reached out to customer service, they insisted it was due to one arm being more bent than the other and wanted me to fix it myself. The customer service staff kept sending me "instructions" on how to fix the bent arm. Sent her multiple photos against a STRAIGHT ruler to show her what i meant by the arm being hyperextended due to the shorter length. After a while of back and forth, of her insisting it's perceived as shorter due to the bend, while i'm trying to figure out a way to get her to understand it's not something i can fix, I told her bluntly i was getting really frustrated. I have been wearing glasses for 20 years. I KNOW how to fix a bent leg, and I KNOW when the problem is not a bent leg. FINALLY she gave me a replacement, as I was about to lose my cool and just get a refund from paypal. This soured my experience with Firmoo and definitely makes me a bit more cautious about recommending to anyone else. (After my first order I raved about them, now i have to warn the people i raved to.) Can't believe how difficult it was just to get a pair of functional glasses.

My glasses came on time and are good quality. I've been getting tons of compliments on them. Firmoo reached out to make sure everything was good with my order, which I appreciate.
