Worst customer service ever! Ordered shoes online and ended up getting the wrong shoes. Then I had to wait to get a return label emailed to return the shoes. Since I didn’t mail them off quick enough they cancelled my original order. Needless to say I never got the shoes I ordered and I haven’t received a refund. Do not buy from them ever!

I bought a pair of shoes April 20th receive them for days later they look refurbished so I call Finish Line they say they'll send me a shipping label I never received the shipping label called Finish Line they said I had to bring shoes in to a Finish Line location so I did then they I called him they still hadn't sent me a tracking number for the new shoes they were supposed to send out and that's because they were still waiting on the shoes to be shipped to them from Finish Line where I took the shoes then I called and they say your shoes will be here within 2 business days I'm sorry about your inconvenience I said that's fine guys my son's birthday is only May 9th and here it is May 9th my son gets no present he says they'll be here by Monday or Tuesday which would be May 13th or May 14th 2019 well here it is May 18th guess what guys still no shoes. I will never buy from finish line again this is ludicrous

I try to purchase a pair of sneakers call the Jordan Retro 4 Bred today and Finishlines's website, it took me to a directly different site where I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to make a purchase then they took the money out of the account and then the site froze up on me. Not acceptable. I even had the app and that did not work. The credit card account was entered and after I added my account information it gave me an error right when I was checking out sending back to a queue, unacceptable. I always spend money with this company, now I have to spend more money for something I had my hopes for. Not a satisfy customer. I will bet that customer service will try to send me a a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. Shaking my head. Unsatisfactory. By the way, my internet was great, account valid, credit card perfect.

If I could give 0 stars I would I spent over $400 purchased 2 pairs of shoes and a few shirts when my order arrived one of the pairs of shoes was missing its pair. Surely they noticed there was only 1 shoe in the Box. When I called they apologized and said they would overnight the other shoe. I put my shirts in the wash machine after I pulled the tags off not realizing the anti theft device was still on and the ink exploded all over my shirts. I called the customer service she told me she would call me back with a store I could trade them in at. I never received a call back. One week later I still don't have the other shoe. I called again they said they just printed out the label to ship it. They've offered nothing to make me satisfied with Their service. I will shop elsewhere

I had a manger, Hannah,Help me at the finish line at Oak Park Mall in Kansas. She went above and beyond to help me! It was amazing and she deserves praise! Her customer service was top notch!!!!

Worst customer service absolutely worse online experience will never shop here again!

I visit you store on Cottman Ave inside of the Macy’s store my grandson has cerebral palsy and the associate Dre was God sent he measured his foot and tried on at least 5 or 6 pairs of sneakers trying to please my hard to please grandson we brought 2 pair and he left smiling People like you really makes a difference for our special needs children thanks a million

Ordered sneakers for my son online,they took they money out within seconds.I get an email after 2 mins stating my order was cancelled and I should expect a refund in 7-10 business days!!Are you F***** kidding me!!..It didn't take 7-10 days for yall to take my money!!..NEVER EVER WILL I REFER SOMEONE TO SHOP HERE!!!
