One pair showed up dirty! And the other was the wrong size!

Ordered shoes on September 8, said they’d arrive Sept 11. Didn’t even ship until Sept 12. Can’t cancel orders online, you need to call and sit on hold for eternity. They claim they shipped on September 8th, but that just meant creating a tracking number. Use a different retailer.

Ordering from their website is a NIGHTMARE. I ordered a jacket and it was "processing" for a week. After 1 call to support, they changed the ticket to get a different fulfillment person. After 2 days they then cancelled my order because they "couldn't find the product". The website and app both say it's in stock. The app even let me order it again. They should work on not letting people buy stuff that they don't have. I gave 2 stars because the customer service in the stores are great and the product I ordered in the store (same day I ordered online) was received in a couple days. EDIT: After they cancelled my order, I purchased the jacket through their app (instead of their website) and it shipped within 3 days without any headaches (got it in about a week or so). They either only care about their rewards members, or they're extremely unorganized and getting anything from them is pure luck.

Terrible customer service. Rude rep on the phone. Scammers on rush and overnight fees. Don’t pay for any extra shipping, they will not have your merchandise delivered on time. Never shopping and giving these terrible line my money.

Visited a Finish Line at a mall today. 100% was going to buy a pair of Nike Air Max 95'. Quickly googled them to price check and they were $30 cheaper on Nike.com. Asked if they would price match and I was told only off of their own website. Lol. BYEEEE

I order my son some clothes 4th of July sale. I want to know who shipped out the items. The clothes was thrown in the box. The box was smashed and it was just sloppy. I think my son could have done a better job. I was surprised.
