Well all I can say is that I ordered a certain pair of sneakers for my great-grandson and I got exactly what I ordered and I looked at them and they're fine they weren't worn they're completely brand new and I've been reading bad reviews but it just so happens I guess I was lucky cuz my experience turned out great.

I was at Finish Line at Jordan Creek and met a young man by the name of Devin H. As we entered the store he spoke and offered to help us. He was very professional and very pleasant. It’s hard to find young people that have pleasant attitudes anymore. We need more Devin’s in the world!

Finishline inside of Southlake mall. I want to thank the young lady Courtney Holmes for helping me out. I stood inside the store 10 mins before someone came & assisted me but once she saw me she came over & assisted me. She was so helpful & got me in & out in a timely manner. Thank you Courtney

I have ordered shoes from finish line for sometime now and when they don’t fit or for some reason I have to take them back they are always willing to take the item for return and I’m not sure who the manager is or what is name is but I like him a lot the last two times I have returned shoes to the Mansfield Ohio store he has been my cashier and he’s always friendly and helpful.😊😊😊 Maegan Crum

My exchange process was excellent 👌🏾. On a scale of 1 to 10 it would be a 10. Jay and spinner( I think). Where so friendly and very helpful to me and my daughter. This was at the St Johns Town Center Jacksonville Florida.
