Absolute mess of a company. The website cancelled my order because they realized they didn’t even have my item in stock. Now a week later they gave me my money back but took out a new charge for shipping. Why am I being charged for shipping if I never received the order and how would there even be a shipping cost if they didn’t even have the item to begin with???

If i could give them negative stars I would I ordered my son shoes for school so I'll have them on time because I work and wouldn't be able to go get any .now finding out they said they thought they had them in their wearhouse and found out after I ordered them that they realized they don't .so now my son has no shoes and they didn't offer a coupon nothing it was jut like owell your lost . ill never order anything else from there again we are sticking to champs and football locker .

This place is the worst. My daughter ordered something off the website, it never showed. Called to find out about it they issued a replacement, was told we'd receive tracking in a couple of days. Never did so called again and said it should only be another day or two. Havent reveived anything from them. The website is a joke, nothing works correctly. Will never order from here again.

Places and order online and it's been 5 days, they still haven't shipped although the site says they have there is NO tracking information nothing! First time ever ordering online and never again definitely asking for a refund this was suppose to be my son's school shoes

BEWARE!! I purchased a pair of Air Max 97 QS for a total of $195.30 and what I received in the mail is a shame. They were Dirty in the front and on the bottom also had scuff marks on them. So my conclusion is they sent me USED SNEAKERS at new sneakers price. I am very disappointed and well never purchase from Finish Line again.
