They send me my ultraboost shoes both left side. Crazy. $120 and they call it On Sale Bargain.

I received shoes that was used. I call customer service she was nice but after reading the reviews. No way I was going to drive 30-40 minutes for an attempted exchange. I feel like there should be something bigger done about this. The shoes I received are suede they had light color spots, scruff mark on the toe, and inside white fabric from socks. But the shoes was sold at FULL PRICE!!! Finish line is finish i will never purchase anything else.

The store sold me a pair of nikes that squeaked. When I took it back to the store after the first time wearing them the lady said "they couldn't do anything because they've been worn" This was after she laughed and said "ya, we know they squeak. We've gotten several complaints " i made 3 attempts for reimbursement after I was told to clean them better. This place is trash and so are their employees. I'll never buy anything from this place again. I put 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option

First of all the package was sent in a crappy half opened box. The actual shoebox looked even worse. The box completely fell apart, is ripped, and even the finish line customer information/tracking paper is completely ripped. What’s most aggravating is that the damn laces aren’t even laced the same. I should not have to replace my shoes.

Terrible customer service. Buyers beware. Ordered some shoes and decided to get socks to get free shipping. They sent me the wrong socks. I didn’t order the wrong ones, the wrong ones were shipped. Waiting on customer service. They won’t send me a shipping label to return. Keep saying return to a store. Well, guess what I don’t have a store near me and all I want is the socks I ordered. Seems reasonable. Send me a label fine, send me the socks that were a present with the shoes. What a nightmare. Just purchase somewhere else. They just don’t care about customer service.

I was sold a pair of defective $200 shoes. Returned them and they were sent back to me because I wore them once! How would I know if they are defective without wearing them. They are the ONLY retailer that does this. What a SCAM!!!!

They are the worst company to buy anything from you place orders nothing gets shipped out. You have to wait five business days to call and complain about something then when you do, you have to wait 7 to 10 business days after that to get your item it’s the dumbest thing in the world you get punished for their inferiority their employees don’t know how to do their job but we gotta pay the price so I’m paying to get screwed. Listen go to footlocker hell go to the black market in Chinatown go anywhere but there they suck.

Ordered pair of Jordans for my son to go back to school and the shoes came 2 days later then what was I said. The worse part is I open the box and there is mismatching shoes inside. I reached out to customer service and they want me to print a return label, take it to fedex, and then wait 5 to 10 business days for them to review the shoes before they send me another pair. So let me get this straight they make a huge mistake and do nothing about it besides cause a huge inconvenience for the customer? Horrible business
