Horrible customer service! I ordered a pair of Nike's and set up an installment thru Afterpay. 1 payment was deducted and 3 days later got an email from Afterpay stating that Finish Line cancelled the order and that my refund would be returned. No reason as to why the order was cancelled. I called Finish Line and they blamed everything on Afterpay - stating that they never rec'd the order and that Afterpay should have paid Finish Line 1st. I asked to be notified as to when this issue can be corrected and my order redone - never rec'd a response from Finish Line. Why is this my problem that they can't work together? I I tried re-ordering the shoes but either shoe wasn't available nor the size needed. I just tried calling the Finish Line customer service and the msg states that they are experiencing a high call volume and they can't answer any more calls. What kind of customer service is this? I will never do business with Finish Line again!!!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter (air max’s 97) shipped super fast got the package and only received 1 Shoe!!!!! I have never ever had this happen ever and I shop online all the time but this is my first time with finishline and my absolute last!!!!! Now I’m waiting on them to send the left shoe!!! My daughter is disappointed and so am I ...

Beware! Shopping online, I wanted to purchase two pair of Adidas shoes for Christmas Gifts. Found the shoes but when checking out, I was prevented from having them shipped to my UPS Mailbox service. According to the Finish Line site, I could not ship to a "commercial" location. So I was forced to have the shoes sent to my home, so that Porch Pirates can get them. What a crock! I pay good money for the UPS mailbox service so that my packages can be accepted by a human being every time. Why in the world would FL keep me from using my service? I am extremely uncomfortable about those shipments. And massively unhappy with Finish Line. I would have used someone else if I could have found that exact shoes elsewhere.

I will NEVER order from finish line again they don’t even deserve a 1 star...I’m going to stick with Nike from now on.

Very bad customer service at the store in Harper woods Mi inside Eastland Mall it was like five employees standing at the desk no one came to assist me they continue to talk amongst themselves I will never go back to a Finishline store again I will continue to shop at footlocker and champs

Horrible company. Does not honor military discounts and has atrocious customer service.

I bought a pair of nikes ,I'm fighting between ups and finish line but my shoes doesn't appear, nobody respond ,customer service on both are extremely unprofessional, I m gonna start the claim through my bank because it's a lot of steps they ask to claim my money back,I'm really disappointed of finish line service.

Very helpful after I contacted them by email. Jason (their rep) replied quickly to my queries and helped me located a "delivered package" that was at the post office (unbeknownst to me at no collection card was left). The Salomon shoes I got were excellent. I couldn't find a better price anywhere. Love these shoes for their quick lace system.
