I placed an order in this website and they sent me a pair of shoes with different sizes, one is US 7 and the other is US 6, such a low and stupid mistake. And i wrote to the customer service asking for an solution. And due to I am a customer from China. The service just told me that I must send it back if I need a refund or a replacement, and meanwhile they do not accept international parcel if I tried to ship it back from China. Kidding me? Why should I pay for your mistake? You wont get away with this so easily, i promise i will fight until i get my money back ! Angry angry face !

I bought a pair of brand new Adidas continental 80s from them. When they showed up in the mail one of the shoes had hair on the inside and they didn't look new they looked used! The box they came look beaten and worn out. I looked up the shoes on the Adidas website and the color of my shoes didn't even match the colors on the website! Finish Line had given me knock off shoes! It has be over a week and I can't even gain access to there website or app! I have called them to report the problem, but they were just useless! NEVER buy from them it's a scam!

Terrible terrible terrible. They showed our item as being shipped but the tracking said only the label was created...for a week. No customer service. Online chat never works and you can't send a message through their messaging option (will just scroll all day long). Not quite sure how they get away with this but I highly recommend staying away from ordering online from here.

I had a similar experience with other customers who waited weeks for a refund. I was promised the refund would take 3-5 business days and only received it after constantly emailing Britani Webster, a Customer “Care” Engagement Specialist. The shoes never left UPS’s facility because they didn’t receive enough shipping info and Finishline never got in touch with me until it was too late. In fact, I had to call and email people at Finishline almost everyday for 2 weeks to get anything done because they don’t take account for anything that happens once they get your money. Now I’m dealing with getting a partial refund for shoes that were NEVER in my possession.

This has been the worst experience making an online purchase that I've ever had. I buy a pair of shoes because, suspiciously, they have the lowest price of any store. A few days later I get my package with ONLY ONE SHOE. Called them to get a new pair, but they tell me I have to ship back the lonely shoes to them. The whole process ends up taking almost 5 weeks. I will never order from here again. STAY AWAY. Pay a little more and get good service.

I bought a pair of air force ones for my daughter in Aug. 23, 2019. After trying to track the package for a few days, and not knowing what had happened, I called the customer service and asked about the package. I was informed that the package never left for shipping and that they would order me a replacement. After waiting a few more days for a replacement, I went online to track the second pair and was informed that the shoes were canceled due to low inventory. I was then informed that I would get a refund in 7 business days. At which time it was Sept. 4, 2019. I called to ask about my refund since I never received it and was informed that it was not processed and that the person at customer service would put in a request to the bank for a refund. Now it is Sept. 14, 2019 a week later and still no refund. I have called again to ask where the refund is and she said that the refund did not get processed, but promised that I will have it in 3-5 business days. Now it is Sept. 20, almost a month after ordering the shoes and having talked to a higher person in customer service they have said that I should have a refund again in 3-5 days and that the request for the refund was just received yesterday. Just to let everyone know never buy anything from Finish line over the web. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in my 43 years on earth. If that rating allowed I would give finishline a negative 5 rating.

I ordered shoes for a gift and seen a pair on sale for myself. Ordered in plenty of time for the birthday party.days into ordering ,the pair for myself shipped and I noticed the gift pair kept saying processing.i called and advised them I needed those for a gift and asked what the process problem was after 2 days on the phone ..I was lied to and told they would be overnighted.... Then when I called for new tracking # was told the old tracking # of shoes I already got. When advised of so I was put on hold over an hour and then hung up on.so unfortunately I won't have the gift on time . Then I actually opened and tried on the shoes I ordered and they were huge.. They sent me a wide! I've honestly wasted over 8 hours on the phone over 2 days on the phone to end up totally unsatisfied...and disrespected by the horrible customer service .
