Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered a pair of Nike on Dec 20th, paid $5 for Express delivery by Dec 24th. Got tracking information saying sho was shipped with UPS. When I checked tracking info, it showed that "label has been created waiting to be picked up". It's now Dec 26th same order status shows up. I'm on hold with customer service now for over 20 mins. Absolutely worst online shopping experience ever!!!!

Bought a pair of sneakers for my Son, paid $5 for express shipping showing they would be here on 12/24 then got an email that they won’t be delivered until 12/30!! I will never order or purchase from Finishline again and I will be demanding my $5 back for principle!! The website even had a countdown to order for Christmas!! BOGUS!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes on Dec 12 and got confirmation my shoes would arrive on Dec 20. On Dec 20 I received one pair of shoes and I figured maybe boxes got split up at the facility and the other pair would arrive by 8 p.m but they did not and they sent me a confirmation that my shoes, meaning both pairs, had been delivered. After long periods on hold with finishline they agreed to replace shoes and I was told my shoes would arrive in a couple of days. It's now Dec 23 and I still haven't recieved my sons shoes. My one star rating is only because the shoes are nice which has nothing to do with Finishline but as for the customer service rating goes I rate it a negative 5 for ruining someone's Christmas.

I ordered my shoes November 28th still haven't got them I let them know I never received my order they said they were going to send a replacement pair a few days later I got an email saying they canceled the replacement. My money will be in my account in 7 days im still waiting , i will never shop here again f#%$ them finishline is trash im on hold now with csrits been 56 min

Horrible horrible shoe company, ordered twice and both times they took my money and shoes showed that they where in stock then 2 days later they cancel my orders and say “ oh the shoe you ordered not in stock” my money will be back in my card in 7 days! Hate this company so much they red to be sued or something!

Finish Line Help doesn’t respond to Twitter help requests. Ordered on 12/10 - still NO SHIPPING INFO. CC was already charged.

I went to the Finish Line at Yorktown Center to return a shirt that didn’t fit. I accidentally took the tag off but I brought it with. She started checking the shirt to see if it was in good condition and she then noticed a “stain” that was not there when I took it in. The shirt wasn’t worn. It was tried on and didn’t fit. She was extremely rude and said that she was not going to give me money back for the shirt because the tag wasn’t attached and it had a stain. She said I could only change it for something else or another size. When I went looking for another size she started talking to other employees and giving me dirty looks. Her name was Ashley. I believe that this was very poor customer service and I will not be returning to this store.

Ordered a pair of Yeezy 350 V2 from Finish line, They are another crook and joke of a company,They and East Bay charged my credit card 19 times, and shipped my shoes to New York, when the credit card goes to my house in Indiana, Nothing but Crooks and will give you nothing but headaches and waiting to get your money back, Run away from this company, as when you call customer service you are put on hold for 35 to 45 minutes, Really, The upper management of this company is a joke and they should be charged with FRAUD. RUN RUN AWAY
