I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Finish Line. I ordered shoes over 3 weeks ago and still did not receive the package. I called not only Finish Line but also USPS to see where my package was and no one had answers. In the end, Finish Line told me to file for a refund because the shoes "must have been lost in transition" and were no longer available. All in all, my experience was terrible. Not only did I waste 3 weeks but I will not even get the product in which I waited for.

Ok I had won the raffle for the Jordan 12 university gold ok only how I know it because I couldn't login my account so I called customer service spoke to a representative then ask to speak to a manager ok manager looked my account up told me that I won so back to I can't login so they bullsh me around for four days now they tell me today as of July 23rd I can't get a shoe that I had won on the raffle cause their app crashed like always no one has reached out to me about the situation I've spent lots of my hard earned money with this selfish company that would not take blame for their mistakes customer service management suck bad I talk to about 8 mangers that could not help so to the developer of the app it sucks and u do to been buy shoes from this place for years it took over thousands of my dollars to understand that this finishline app for shoes I won a raffle on does not back there system up will never shop their again or my friends or family to all work at finishline customer services have a bad life what goes around comes around 🖕🏿

I use to love shopping at finish line (Fayetteville NC), but after 20 years I refuse to spend another dime with them. You can't seem to be able to purchase the fkn shoe that you want because corporate has taken away the power of the manager to wing out who's a reseller and who is not!! Online raffles are a joke!! I guess finish line doesn't realize that they've given all the power to the reseller once they have done that. These resellers are using that BOT BS, and have open up several other accounts in their friends or their buddy's names to be able to get what they want. I guess they're saying fk their regular customers so a lot their regular customers are saying fk them! I just moved on to Hibbits sports! I started to feel like it was a privilege instead of an option to shop at finish line, no customer should ever feel like that!

I'm curious to know why Finishline has to shut down their entire website when they launch a shoe!!?? Its crazy! I'm done with Finishline they cannot provide service like they should. And on releases of shoes. Whats the use of a raffle I dont know of anyone who has actually won can you provide proof? I hear that the workers hold them for them and their friends

I order my son some clothes 4th of July sale. I want to know who shipped out the items. The clothes was thrown in the box. The box was smashed and it was just sloppy. I think my son could have done a better job. I was surprised.

THREE TIMES in one month, I ordered shoes, and all of my orders were canceled. After calling their customer service the first two times, I was told that they sell out of stock often and do not update the website fast enough. If you don't have the merchandise in stock, REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR WEBSITE and state that you're out of stock. That's the least they can do. They gave me $20 credit for the inconvenience, twice. Never again will I attempt to buy anything from them. Keep your $20.

This place is a SCAM! Some ships, some doesn’t. Do not waste your time. I spent $400 and I was charged immediately (online) and provided tracking numbers. Everything came on different days and took WEEKS to even ship. One item never arrived. A 90 dollar jacket. The tracking number had disappeared and I received an emailing saying the item had been canceled and I would receive a refund 5-7 business days. Then I got a confirmation emailing stating my refund had been successfully submitted. It’s been a MONTH AND NO REFUND!! I tried to call but there’s no possible way to reach customer service. So I tried to send an email, the email provided on their official website is A FAKE EMAIL!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Horrible Horrible DO NOT GO TO FINISH LINE IN MUSKEGON LAKES MALL, my son and I went and had to order both pair of shoes bc they stated they did not have either size we needed at the time 10 and 9.5. So Kyle helped us with check out and said “ we can order them and have them shipped right to your door”. I said “ perfect”. We proceeded with the check out gave all my information and paid 255 for the shoes got my receipt and he said 5 to 7 business days. Two days later I get an email stating your package will be delivered today Friday June 3rd I get home one pair of shoes. So my husband who the other pair of shoes are for-said “maybe they will come later”. So we wait till Tuesday June 7th, I call finish line and as soon as I tell them what is going on they put me on hold 10 minutes. So I call back and again he does the same thing. So I call again and he said “let’s look, so you have the order number?” and I give it to him and he said “no you only ordered one pair of shoes”. I said “no I did not, I order two and paid for two and Kyle only gave me one order number with one receipt bc I bought them at the same time” he said “you have to call customer service” I ask for his name and he says Otha”I said ok I called customer service and they said “sorry we can not help you you have to go to the store and talk with them and show them your receipt,”I called the store back and they put me on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and called back and again the guy said sorry but hold, I called back again and a lady answered and said sorry we can’t help you we are busy hold and we’ll they never answered. I have this feeling that I have been scammed by Kyle who works at Finishline, he was working there June 29th at 633pm. I now have to drive 45 minutes to the store and try to get my pair of shoes that I bought from the store I have to somehow prove I never received my shoes that were bought as a gift for my husband. This is ridiculous how customer service can not just look up my transaction and see I order two shoes. This store is a joke and scams innocent people who work hard for their money only to be told sorry we can’t help you with that you may have paid for it but we only show one pair of shoes bought and shipped. Poor customer service scam artist working for this place do not order from them at all.
