I cannot express how dissatisfied I have been for the last few years with the mobile app and raffle style of product purchasing. I’ve been a member for 15 years and the last two years have given me the worst shopping experience. In my opinion you should do away with the current app and start over. The new reward system is more complex than it has to be, not beneficial to me. I have to download or screenshot my rewards as if the app and store can’t communicate. I’m seriously considering avoiding all finish line stores.

This multi-million company should be a shame these mothefyekrs got a month to send me my 230 dollar check from a item I didn't receive and is been a month and these motheyfkers all the time have some stupid ass excuse eveyweek they so called send it eveyweek u have different workers saying dum stuff.. they ask me for my card and to call my bank wen I paid cash.. how is that u dum fuk.. how is that . A month and still haven't received my money and I call every week for that last month since July 15 people and today is the 14 of August.. so what that means

Times have changed for real! Zero accountability and Zero customer service. I received a pair of suede multicolor 90's today that had such extensive scuffs and discoloring caused by friction and poor packaging. I wrote a complaint on their website bc you can't call you not can you really do anything. The instant email response from them clearly states they are all about customer service etc etc. So I finally get a response from someone and the woman who responded only read the order number and never even read the complaint. Starts telling me my order was delivered.. no s*** Sherlock I received the damaged item hence my inquiry. So I have to respond again and again and can't call, can't do a single f***ing things all because the person who packed my sneakers didn't care what kind of condition I received them in. I will never give them another penny nor will my friends or family. I was absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service that was provided nor did they offer me anything to soften the blow. I eventually told them to keep the $120 and that I will never give them another dollar. Another awesome place that has completely slipped through the cracks due to poor etiquette, poor management, and nonexistent customer care.

Wow same thing with me With the black and gold Jordan's. Here's my story .so I want everyone to know I went to the mall of New Hampshire finish line In was waiting outside with my son with 2 other people as the time got closer for opening people were going in The back door And then several minutes later walk out with at least 6 or 10 boxes of shoes each person that walked out the back of finish line I have been trying to contact someone from finish line or even telling Nike what they're doing and still no response . I think Nike and everyone else is involved in this back door thing because the actually make more money. Or someone is making more money. If you look at all these YouTube videos and stock X . Goat. How I always guys getting all these shoes at all different sizes . It's supposed to be one pair per customer how are these guys walking out the back door with all those boxes. Just to give everyone something to think about. And I have pictures to prove it.

I ordered a pair of basketball sneakers for my son who is due to start a socially distanced basketball camp on Aug 3, 2020. I placed the order on 7/25/20 and paid extra for shipping which stated that I would receive the item by 7/31/20. I did not receive the item yesterday and so I decided to check tracking which has the estimated delivery date as 8/5!! I tried calling customer service for two days in a row to dispute the issue and was hopeful for a solution...but the customer service department has been closed for two days now. I am not hopeful to have the sneakers by Monday...which means that i will now have to spend my only day off this week driving an hour away to spend another $100 on a new pair of sneakers. This is unacceptable. I understand the whole COVID crisis and the delays with shipping, etc. etc. HOWEVER, if you can’t follow through on the ability to come through on expedited shipping...DO NOT MAKE IT AN OPTION at checkout! I would have solved this problem the day I placed the order and just brought my son to go to a store to purchase sneakers in person! Now I am left scrambling at the last minute...and hoping that I can somehow easily return the sneakers when they do show up...whenever that might be. The crazy thing is...I placed an order with another company for an entirely different product, that shipped in a similar shipping box as a pair of sneakers...I didn’t pay extra for express shipping...and I received it the VERY NEXT DAY! Shame on you Finish Line! You won’t have my business ever again! My advice to you is buy somewhere else. By the time you get your order your sneakers will be out of style! But seriously...

I have been a customer since 2013! CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, have been EXCEEDINGLY disappointing to say the least. I've called since I noticed a whole in my $200.00 Nike Vapormax from ridiculous hold times, VERY unknowable CSRz, EXTREMELY RUDE, they don't understand you, and vice versa, they talk over you, I have to repeat myself about 20x in 1 CONVERSATION which is extremely frustrating, being hung up on 3x now, being interrogated when asked to speak with a manager, then lied to or even pretending that they are the MGR. Just an awful experience on top of ALLL what' we're facing and dealing with Daily, As of today @ 9:30am. I was told that the MANAGER has my and will contact me Soon. NOTHING YET...
