Ordered a pair of women’s brooks, after waiting a week to receive them I opened the box to find two pair of men’s nikes. The box and packing slip were labeled correctly, the items in the box and return receipt were labeled with someone else’s name and address. I called customer service and they told me to mail them back and once they received them they would get the correct shoes to me. Said it should be another 1-2 weeks. This was after I was disconnected with customer service twice. 3 phone calls total. I will never give this store any of my business.

Excellent service and product

I had purchased sneakers from Finish Line for years online. About a year ago, I started having problems with my account. I could not sign in and it stopped recognizing my email. I tried on five separate occasions to have it corrected by customer service Representatives, and five times I was told it was corrected when it wasn't. Because of my shopping history oh, I was supposed to get free shipping and I had two $20 credits from the rewards program and from a mistake on their part. The problem was I was never able to use it because every time I tried to login it wasn't working. A couple days ago, I wanted to try to just use my credits and be done with them, but since I was unable to login I called 2 put the order in that way and apply the credit. I was told to just make the order online and call afterwards to give them my order number and they would apply the credit and the free shipping. I did as I was instructed, but when I called back the customer service rep told me that my credits had expired and I could no longer use them. What a joke! I spent hundreds of dollars on shoes every month and had stopped using Finish Line because I was unable to login to my account. Even though it was their error that I tried to correct five times they would not give me the credits I had earned. Customer service was a horrible experience. Take your business elsewhere! Customer service doesn't care, and will say whatever they can to get you off the phone. Stay away?

Picked up shoes for my daughter at Finish Line Tysons VA. Through COVID masks and miscommunication I was confronted and threatened outside of the store by one of its employees. I contacted Finish Line to let them know about the situation twice but no reply. So it seems that to get shoes I should now be prepared to throw down and fight. Garbage company.

Finish line is a garbage company has taken over a month to get my refund. There customer service agents offered me 20$ reward points omg 20$ after all the bull. They failed as a company ill be shopping somewhere else for sure not worth you time trust.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes for my nephew but I ordered the wrong size and went into the store to exchange them for the correct size, which they didn’t have the size I needed in stock which was fine but the cashier didn’t complete the exchange so I had to drive back to the store the following week to speak with the manager to get the exchange complete only to receive the right size but the shoes HAVE BEEN WORN WITH STAINS ON THEM AND VERY DIRTY ON THE BOTTOM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE SHOE this is very unprofessional of finish line so I’m driving to the finish line store before work to get my refund in the morning I’m no longer shopping at finish line

I will never order online again. Third time is definitely not the charm in my case. On my last & previous orders, I have clearly been sent the dirty display shoe! Have some class Finish Line & at least have your employees attempt to clean the shoe before shipping it out! My Nikes clearly looked used, and didn’t come stuffed with paper or wrapping. Just casually tossed in the box. Returning ASAP!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been waiting all year for this pair of shoes. I ordered online and made sure my current address was on my account (it was). I placed the order (which had the correct address in the confirmation), but somehow they still got shipped to my old address. These shoes sold out the first day. The customer service was awful. The supervisor wouldn't listen. All she did was talk over me and did nothing to try and make it right. I didn't want a refund. I wanted my shoes. Very disappointed and will never shop there again
