Fender mustang gtx 100. A absolutely brilliant amp. It's so good I sold my boss gt100. This amp is out of this world. WiFi. Bluetooth. Fender tone app. This amp does it all. Incredible. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Used Fender direct a few times , last order a bit of a hiccup as it didn't properly go through from my end. Tris Jeffries in customer support went above and beyond to sort it out despite me saying it was no biggy, will use again safe in the knowledge customers are valued and treated with respect

Un grand classique qui ne change pas en qualité depuis de longues années. Ma Telecaster me suit partout et peut quasiment tout jouer, du rock le plus violent à la folk la plus douce, en passant par le funk. Je recommande très fortement, des marques aussi connues qui continuent de produire des instruments de qualité à des prix honnêtes pour les débutants comme les confirmés, ça ne court pas les rues

I got a faulty Jaguar bass guitar from fender. The pick guard is warped. I sent in photos via email and was quickly given a shipping label to return the item. I will be doing my research but will definitely be buying my next bass from them.

Ordered a squier jaguar on line. At time of purchase I received confirmation item was in stock, would ship next business day, and my credit card was charged. Days later after not receiving confirmation I called and sent email. The caller I spoke to said he would look into it, he never called back. Email I received said item had been pulled for shipment and I would receive confirmation, never did. It has been a month now after couple other calls I was told the item was now backordered. As of three days ago the item is now showing up as available for immediate shipping online. My unit now has a label created, but still has not shipped. Fender, just be straight with people, follow up, and change the website language from "Ships next day on available items" to "Ships whenever our factory people get their act together and coordinate with Fedex." And yes, I get the world is in crisis right now and Fedex is insanely busy. But this is whole other category of sloppiness and poor customer service.
