no delivery throughout the EU. can't buy an online exclusive product in 2026? how fender can't ship worldwide?

Been a gigging bassist for 10 years. These basses are not the gold standard. Mine is serial number JD19006539. 5 string jazz bass bought new. Save yourself your money. If you're an EU customer, good luck repairing with their imperial unit hardware specs. I had a component that snapped in half, reached out for help, they fobbed me off and sent me on a goose chase with all these hardware, nut and bolt shops lol. Wouldn't give me the measurements so I could replace it myself, wouldn't give me help in ordering just the part itself. You're paying for a brand name, subpar electronics and hardware. They'd rather sue other companies in the space then reinvest in making quality products. They removed my last review. Just go with a competitor brand, or buy used even.

This is directed at The Mod Shop; I have ordered at least ten instruments from the Fender Mod Shop, in addition to owning a slew of other Fender guitars. Mod Shop has always been reliable with their advertised completion/shipping time of thirty days. My last build was late, and now my present build is two weeks past completion. And I'm not the only buyer experiencing this issue. Some other buyers have gone over two months before receiving their instruments! And Fender has already been paid for these products! Service has been responsive, but it's the same canned response that everyone gets. I'm ticked off to the point I'll never buy another Fender product as long as I live. UPDATE: I was just contacted by Fender and I appreciate their explanation. As a lifelong carpenter, I also appreciate the issues they are having and are presently working through. Sorry I was a little harsh on my review.

Fender software is one of the worst software's I have come across and judging my Amazon reviews not the only one either. It takes forever trying to get my lost password, I've spent half an hour already trying to fix this damn thing, says "password does not match" gone over it again and again. Its getting to the point I am thinking of selling this Fender pro interface because its been nothing but a nightmare from day one. I will update my review on Amazon as well. Update:July 2026 just had to pass on some details to Fender so fingers crossed I get this software working one and for all so I can get some work done. update:July 25th Fender do get back to me quickly but though I got into my account at last, its asking once again for the password to log in once again for the daw to boot up. Of course I typed my password then tried to click sign in but the blue button is unresponsive, unless I am suppose to create a 2cd password for the software so am waiting back from them again. Still no work done. Wish these people would use programs the old way not signing crap every time.

Nein Fender nie wieder!

Compré un bajo american ultra, con pastillas noiseless que generan un ruido de masa increíblemente fuerte. Tras probar en distintos dispositivos, enviar todas las pruebas realizadas y finalmente enviarlo para su reparación en garantía, tras más de un mes sin el instrumento me lo envían tal como lo envié. No le han hecho nada en absoluto. Ni un informe ni nada. Creo que en instrumentos de varios miles deberían ofrecer un mejor servicio. Mi más sincera opinión sobre esta marca es que está totalmente sobrevalorada. Jamás volveré a comprar Fender y además no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Fender is currently destryoing 70 years of famous music business and passion. What a pity for the employees. Goodbye folks, never buying a Fender (or Charvel etc.) product anymore. (Referring to current Fender lawsuit 2026)
