Five days before I'm supposed to leave for my life long trip to Ireland and I just realize my passport expired. I get ahold of Samantha who worked magic. She and Eric had my passport to me in less than 48 hours. This has been the best experience of my life in terms of customer service.

They must be british, they called me as soon as they received my app. and told me clearly what they can do and what they cannot do. Still they pulled off a miracle and got my passport renewal done in record time.

Sam was my passport specialist that I worked with. I was very nervous heading into the process, but Sam kept me calm throughout the entire time. I was rejected by the state department TWICE and Sam & her team diligently worked with them to ensure I got my passport. I cannot thank her enough as embark on my first trip to Mexico!

After sending a check for a passport card versus the passport book we desired we realized we needed expedited services to accommodate a trip outside of the US in less than a week. We were directed to Fastport Passport who immediately assisted us and walked me thru the process. They even offered to check my order prior to shipping to them. We got the passport today and will now enjoy a wonderful trip. Thank you for your professionalism and getting the job done!

The website was easy to navigate, the directions easy to follow, the expectations realistic, and the people working there were responsible and available to help. Couldn't ask for more.

Eric seemed to pull off the impossible by getting my new passport in less than 24 hours. He even met me on a Sunday afternoon to get the paper work started. I could have missed a very important meeting in France that would have cost me a fortune had they not come to the recue. Thanks again Eric you saved the day.
