Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

I needed to get my passport renewed in one week so I could travel internationally. To keep a long story short- Fastport Passport delivered. I had to call them twice for my own reasons and their customer service was excellent. I would never hesitate to recommend them.

I was very impressed with the service we received for the expedited International Driving Permit. My boss is leaving out of the country on Sunday, and they worked over the phone with me to get the paperwork in on time. They even contacted me after the permit had been received, which put any worries I had to rest. They have been a pleasure to work with, had great communcation and I highly recommend using them for expedited International Driving Permits!

I had some issues with the data I entered being handed out or sold to third party advertising organizations. I was quickly contacted by the company and refunded in full after not wanting to use their service. Over all I would say this company is very legit, however I have not used the service and do not intend to because of the experience I had with them.

Overnight our documents on Monday. On Tuesday we got a call -- there was some concern over what they recommended we should have sent vs what the Postal Agency told us. We opted for the 4-5 day process and it was delivered the following Monday! Because of the confusion around our paperwork, it would have been a better peace-of-mind if there was a real time status update. The check status link on the page is just an email so we didn't get response in a timely manner as the waiting process was quite stressful not knowing if we would have to redo the entire process all over again. To their credit, they did inform us that we still had plenty of time to get our passport had there been any issues. Overall, we're still very happy and definitely recommend.

My friend and I decided to take a last minute vacation. Being that I don't travel often, I assumed my birth certificate and drivers license would be sufficient for my travel - I was wrong! Luckily I found this out a week before the trip and not at the airport. After doing some research online I found fastport passport. They were really helpful and got the job done. I went from being sure I had to cancel my trip to being on the plane! Thanks guys!!

Busy working mom always leaving things till the last minute. We had a trip planned to the Bahamas and I pulled out my passport weeks ago and it was valid. Little did I know you need 6 months of passport validity 4 days before the trip I found this out. I did a yelp search and I found Fastport Passport they had a 5 star rating so I picked them regardless of seeing 30 other companies. I gave it a shot. I called spoke with Steven he guided through the process in 20 minutes. I shipped out my passport 48 hours later the passport was at my office waiting it literally felt hot. Thanks again the Bahamas was amazing and a much needed vacation.

Working with the FastPort passport team was an absolute pleasure. I got my passport in less time than expected and was on my way to my vacation. thanks for all the hard work!
