I was so panicked I really thought I was going to explode inside when I found out my passport expired. It's crazy that you plan a trip and you put the most important things to the back burner. I literally had one week to get this done. My friends in New Jersey used Fastport last year for the kids and they told me it worked out. I ordered the 2 day service last week and got the passport Saturday morning. So I'm at the spirit now getting ready to have my 1st vacation in 8 years. I will send you guys some great photos and some sand from the Bahamas. Thanks again Fastport Passport and Alyssa for keeping me calm in the process.

I'm pleased to tell you that we just received our daughter's new passport. What a big relief it is for me! You're truly a lifesaver. I cannot thank you enough for your prompt and on-time service. At the end of May, I realized that my daughter's passport has been expired for six months. We would be leaving for Japan in less than 3 weeks. Even though we would apply for the expedited service, it would take three weeks for the passport to arrive at our mailbox. Naturally, I got panicky and frantically searched all over the Internet for rescue remedy and finally came across Fastport Passport, which was really fortunate of me. I cannot imagine what would have become of us if I had not found them. I payed for the 6-9 days service, filled all the forms according to their easy-to-understand instructions, then we rushed to our County office with papers and photos. Because it had to be less than 14 days in advance to use professional passport expeditors such as Fastport Passport, we were told to come back again the next Tuesday, which we followed. Still, the officer assured us that everything we submitted was impeccable and that we shouldn't touch a thing. Next week, we went back to the County Office, had the officer seal the application packet, and then Fedex'ed it. The people at the Fastport Passport called me several times to make sure there was no problem. Except for one male employer who gave me a false "everything's fine" message which turned out to be the opposite the next day (No judgement here; let us not forget that we're all human beings, not gods. Mistakes would happen...), I felt I was well taken care of by the people I talked to at Fastport Passport. They took my document to the Passport Agency on Monday, and the passport arrived at our doorstep on Wednesday morning. Fabulous job indeed! I'd give them full five stars for what they did successfully under this tight schedule. They deserve this. As I said at the beginning, WE GOT THE PASSPORT within the time frame they promised...in fact, a day or two earlier than I had expected. They did their best to get the job done in time, which fact I should not discount at all. I heartily recommend their service to anyone who needs their passport/visa in a hurry. Thanks very much for helping me tremendously overcome this emotional roller-coaster ride before the big trip. Keep up the good work and have a great summer to you all!

On time and kind staff

Steve corresponded with me (on a Saturday) to walk me through a rush passport renewal. He answered all questions and gave clear, concise directions. My passport arrived the next business day as promised. My trip was not delay one second. Thanks Fastport Passport. I will recommend to anyone who is in the same predicament.

I travel a lot for business and I found out by some chance my passport needed to have 6 months of passport validity for my next trip to France. I said ok no problem went to the post office they did not even pick up my calls. Tried to make an appointment at a regional agency but I knew I didn't have the time. I found many online expedited companies online. I did my research and spoke with Fastport and felt comfortable. I ordered a 2 day service. They even told me my photos were not right and I emailed them new ones. I have the passport in hand this past weekend. I'm very happy. Thank you

This service is definitely a life saver. I wouldn't have been able to go on my trip if it wasn't for these guys. I had no idea that I would have to wait 4 - 6 weeks to get my passport through the post office.. I received my passport in less than a week using Fastport Passport, and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that needs their passport in a hurry.
