my passport arrived on time. It was very expensive, and the initial fee that I was instructed to pay on my check was incorrect. I had to send another check, which was nerve racking. I'm happy to have my passport. I used this service because it seems to be the only one available.

WHY WOULD YOU NOT JUST GO TO THE LOCAL LIBRARY? I WAS BASICALLY DONE ORDERING AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO GO TO A ACCEPTANCE AGENT TO SIGN MY APPLICATION! WHY DO I WANT TO PAY FOR SERVICES TWICE? GO TO LIBRARY AND THEY DO IT ALL FOR LESS. IM WILLING TO PAY MORE FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF ORDERING FROM MY OFFICE BUT NOT IF I STILL HAVE TO GO TO ISSUING AGENT!

We paid to process 5 fast passports. After printing out the instructions and reading over the instruction we found the process to be very complicated. We then saw that there was a deadline to getting a refund of 48 hours. Not happy at all because they did absolutely nothing, got over $1,000, and we cannot get our money back even though we did not use them. We ended up going to another place here where you walk in and get your passport the same day. :(

First, I will say that the service is great for someone that it can help. But in my case I contacted you on the weekend with Monday being a holiday and needed to leave wednesday, so after paying for this we realized it would not be helpful. I cancelled within 1 hour you sent me a confirmation that you wold be refunding my money.l It has been 5 months and 4 phone calls and you still have not fulfilled your promise to refunding me.
