I have a small company and send my drivers over the boarder almost everyday. A few of my drivers lost the passports and this company Fastport i never heard of before turned the passport around door to door in 48 hours. greatest experience i have had with a vital document and ordering passports online!

We used Fastport Passport to renew or passports for an unexpected trip to Italy. All the details were taken care quickly and when I called for an update (to ease my mind) they responded promptly.

Got great recommendations to go to Fastport Passport when booking a recent last minute getaway. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Best of all, the passport was done in record time. Thanks for making the first leg of our journey so pleasant. A great beginning to a great trip!

I am writing to tell you that I had an absolutely wonderful experience with one of your employees last week, Samantha Fontanella. I had an urgent need for a passport for my son, and I called 5 different places to see if I could get one in just over 42 hours. As you can imagine, I was frantic. After a number of people were rude or short or unable to commit to helping me, I found Sam. The minute I called and spoke with Sam, she was both reassuring and professional. She walked me through the steps I needed to take and was available to me late into the evening and early in the morning for the next 3 days. She was competent but also extremely personable, a combination that is rare but very valuable. Needless to say, we just got back from our trip (with our son in tow!) and I truly feel I have Sam to thank.

My boss frequently flies to overseas to meet with factories. At the last minute, he decided to bring me to China. I did not have a Visa and it was Wednesday afternoon when I found out. Thursday morning comes around and I have everything dropped off. Anything that was missing, they contacted me and I e-mailed it right away. They were able to get the application over to the consulate and approved before the end of the day. It was picked up on Friday and now I'm all set for my trip to China. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They have extensive knowledge in what they do and are extremely helpful.
