I was very nervous at the beginning of the process. Very happy at this point except for one a customer service rep in NY. I called to verify that they received my package the next day and was taken back by the response by the CSR. She advised that they have hundreds of packages that arrive every day and it would be too difficult for her to figure out if it did. I was advised that if I needed to know that information that I need to track the package myself. Wow, what great customer service.

I was very nervous at first about this company . But then the reviews reassured me this wasn't a scam . I took a risk & applyed for my 24hours passport . I was leaving on Thursday at 6/26 at 5am and haven't sent the papers out yet for my passport & it's 6/23. I thought I wasn't gonna make it until I spoke to Samantha Fontanella- Passport and Visa Specialist . She was so helpful the whole process and told me step by step what to do to get my passport on time . Without her I don't think I would've made my trip . Eric Mita from the Philadelphia office received my papers Tuesday morning got my passport ready that afternoon and mailed out my passport that night . I received my passport Wednesday at 630am ! Wow this company is amazing . They made it just in time for me to leave the next morning . Less than 24 hours everything was done. Even though it cost me $700 for the whole process I am very happy and my trip to Mexico will have me forget about how much I spent for such GREAT service this was ! Very pleased , fast communication , fast shipping A+++++!

When i first saw that it was a service that can expedite passports, at first i was scared and thought it might be fake. But they are real. The reps assured me of everything. And even tho i could not get the knots out my stomach i was confident it was coming. All together 6 days to get it. It was expensive but it is worth every penny because now im goin to cancun and my mind is finally at ease 2 days before my trip. Thanks fastport, a friend for life

I sent them my passport renewal application on a Thursday mid-morning, and received my passport back Tuesday early morning. Great service! I was sweating it, but I got the passport back early before my travel. Highly recommended service!

I have to say my passport arrived this am at 7:16 Fedex dropped to my door. This is the craziest online experience i have ever had. I mean who orders a passport off the internet??? ME!!! I did it i spoke with Fastport 1st i made sure they were real people not robots it sounds fast paced in there but i got my questions answered super fast and knowledgable. I was nervous about my prior names i have used. Regardless of the details about me. I spoke with Naomi and she personally got the passport back to me in 48 hours including shipping. I really don't know how they do this but I'm a fan. I never write reviews either but I'm compelled because this company cares and makes it happen.
