I needed an emergency upgrade to the service I selected due to a moved meeting. Sam F provided me with the exact information I needed to seamlessly process my passport application.
I mailed in my passport application yesterday and already have a tracking number for an 8AM delivery of the passport tomorrow - uber-fast turnaround!!
Thanks for everything!!!

From one world traveler to another: this is a terrific service!
I was wary at first about sending my passport off in the mail to an agency that was not an official government office, but soon discovered that the folks at Fastport Passport are responsible, efficient, and trustworthy. They helped me out in a jam, figured out which form was the best one for my needs, called me on the phone several times to help me out. Seriously, I can't fault their services. And they delivered ahead of time. In the world of travel, that doesn't happen everyday! If you need additional pages or a new passport in a hurry, these are the people to go with.

Superb Service: truly saved the date by ensuring that the father of the groom got to the wedding!
I am writing on behalf Fastport Passport, in particular about “Sam F,” based in the Brooklyn office, and by extension, her colleague in Philadelphia: “Eric M.” While I am sure our story is not unique, the customer service we experienced was unprecedented. Fastport Passport literally saved a wedding!
I have no fewer than 25 emails between us, over a three day period—stored—to substantiate their meticulous attention to our plight. I realize that this is their niche—helping those with tight time constraints—but even allowing for that, this firm's performance was above and beyond. Every step of the way, the liason--Sam F-- worked to assure us, responding to every hitch with a constructive solution, and checking back at each juncture to ensure everything was in order. I cannot thank her, her cohort Eric F. in Philadelphia, and the firm enough.
To make a short story longer…
On Monday, 23 July 2014, at 9:30 AM, I was gathering the family passports together in preparation for our flight on Thursday, 26 July at 7:00 AM from Dayton to Cabo, Mexico where one of our sons was getting married. I just happened to glance at my husband’s picture page and realized his passport had expired two months previously!
I got on the Internet, but overwhelmed by choice, I immediately called another son in Brooklyn, and he quickly found your firm: Fastport Passport. My husband called, and per Sam F’s instructions, I completed an application for a replacement, zipped my husband to a Kinkos to get new passport pictures, and was just about to FedEx the materials, along with a check for the passport itself, when Sam called back and said we needed to send the application to Philadelphia instead, to ensure a one-day turnaround. I dutifully paid FedEx ‘double’ to ensure that the package would travel “priority“ and be delivered by 8 AM Tuesday, 24 July. (Meanwhile my husband left Dayton to drive to Louisville for a two-day conference.)
FedEx failed. Sam F. called me right away on TU morning to say Eric F. (in Philadelphia) had not received the package. When I called Fed Ex I got an insipid person who repeatedly apologized and said it would arrive by 10:30 AM. I’m actually not a person who rants or blames people not responsible for an event, as I explained to the young woman. I told her (more than one) apology was not necessary, that I just wanted to report the failure, explain that we had ‘lost a day’ due to FedEx error. She simply referred me to the refund department.
Since we had missed the Tuesday opportunity, Sam F. explained the passport could be processed on Wednesday, but now timing was critical. Alas, FedEx acquired my business again, since they ‘promised’ to be the swiftest alternative. In talking with Sam and—this time—a very helpful person at Fed Ex, we decided the safest and surest route was to take the passport by courier to Baltimore and put it on a nonstop flight to Columbus via Southwest, where we could pick it up that night (really TH morning at 12: 15 AM). (To give you a feel for this discussion, I had a phone to each ear—Sam of Fastport Passport on one line, Fed Ex on the other. We discussed several options before deciding on the Baltimore flight.
As it happened, that flight was delayed, but the cargo people at Southwest stayed an extra two hours for the sake of my frantic husband who had driven back from Louisville that afternoon, then driven to Columbus to wait for the package at their cargo bay. Quite literally he arrived back in Dayton at 3:30 AM, and we left for the Dayton airport at 4:30 AM to catch our flight. It doesn’t get much tighter than that!
We made it in time for the wedding, and unlike our preparations, the ceremony went off without a hitch. It was a small elegant wedding—just 25 close family members and friends. I should say that this was the wedding of our first child, born in the Caribbean and adopted when he was 3 years old. So seeing him happily partnered, at 36 years of age was a very emotional event for us. I cannot imagine the sorrow my husband would have felt, had he not been there.
To repeat, we cannot thank Sam, Eric and Fastport Passport enough. We are forever in their debt.

What seemed impossible was suddenly possible, and I have my passport in time for my trip.
Having many years ago attempted to renew my passport before it expired, thinking it would be a simple process, I found it to be daunting, ( I can't remember why). I gave up, and then somewhere in my house, lost the expired passport with its dates and number, plus supporting original documents. What to do? All the application forms I found asked for information I did not have, could not find. It seemed hopeless. I am most grateful for Sam's patience with me as I somehow got confused with another site, then couldn't find a required document. She would say: "Do this. Fill it in this way. Trust me. This will be okay." Then gave me explicit instructions at the end. I took application to PO Thursday, got passport today, Tuesday. I was told by PO that I could have done this on my own. On my initial attempts to do just that , I was not able to decide what forms I needed, nor did I have the information the forms asked for. And I was running out of time. Fastport saved the situation and now its DONE.

excellent company. very helpful
I was looking around for a company to help expedite my passport. Needed one in a hurry. Did some reviews and a lot of other companies had bad ratings and reviews. I found Fastport Passport andy looked into the reviews. They had great reviews so i gave them a call and got great help from Steven Fox. I had a lot of hoops and stress trying to get this passport done on time. He was patient and guided me through each step and told me I would have my passport in time. I paid a little more than expected due to the last minute of needing it. As promised by Steven my passport arrived the day before I needed to leave. Thanks for all the help and I would use this company again and recommend them for anyone needing a expedited passport. Don

A 5 star experience all the way!
Our firm is so happy with the professionalism and care Fastport gave our team members who were traveling as a group for business purposes. We have contracted with another passport and visa expeditor for many years and they were subpar performers. So i spoke with management based on a friend of mine actually using their service. I spoke with many reps at different states of the passport process. They were all knew every nuance of the passport process. Fastport performed the job for each of our travelers in record time. We now have a corporate account set up with them and we will use them for all our vital document needs. Thanks again!

Gets the job done.
Sam provided great, fast, and friendly service. She helped me update my passport (I needed a name change) in a super short period of time. Being stuck is a situation where you need a passport and need it quickly is super stressful but Sam was able to alleviate that stress and take control. Although not cheap, Fastport Passport is definitely worth the price. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
