I procrastinated on renewing my passport, thinking it would only take three weeks, until I was just under three weeks from takeoff. Panicked, I googled and found Fastport Passport. I read a couple reviews, checked a couple prices, and tried the online chat with a representative. Maia (Kristin?) was super helpful and personable. She told me exactly what I needed to do and assured me they could help. Purchased the 6-9 business day service and overnighted my paperwork Friday afternoon. FedEx showed they got it later Monday morning. Imagine my surprise when my crisp new passport was delivered the following Friday. Absolutely professional. Absolutely reliable. A lack of planning on our part doesnt necessarily make an emergency on theirs, buy they sure come through when you need them.

There are a lot of these services out there, but what made the difference for me was the personalized service from Samantha Fontanella. She contacted me as I was trying to decide how to go about renewing my passport in a hurry, and then by phone and email she walked me through the whole process. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she always responded quickly and courteously to any questions that came up along the way. I hope I never again forget to renew my passport well ahead of time, but if I do, I will definitely call Sam!

Normally I don't review, in this case I think its important to share my positive experience. To get through the phone to get an appoinment with my local USPS for my kids, was a nightmare an I quickly realized even expedited probably would take at least 4-6 or longer weeks, not in time for our travel. Originally I am Dutch (forgive me for my grammar), my son born abroad etc. not easy to get all the right documents. So I came on to this site... And could not have been happier. I received both passports within 4 days (incl shipday) for 5-8 day delivery. All forms are ready to be filled out online and by chat they took me through the process. It's really important to exactly follow their checklist and required papers. Otherwise the goverment passport agency will not be able to process/delay a passport (cq no writings on the application etc, ship within a day after its sealed etc.), that's not this agency's fault. They found an acceptance office (also goverment, not part of fastport passport) I could go in without appointment. They accepted and sealed the envelope and send it off to fast port passport, which quite frankly was the easiest part of everything. I tried to get an update status through the site, but there was nothing, I quickly within couple hours received a message on my question from Steven that it was on the FedEx truck and YES received it today!!! Much sooner than I had expected... And a well needed service in our case. A friend of my, doing the USPS expedited method, it took 3 weeks to get an appointment, its been another 3 weeks and he still hasn't gotten his passport nor a status update. Plus the aggregation he had to go through... He now wished he had used this service. Yes I was a bit nervous at first... Nothing but 5 stars Thank you!!!!

My family is heading for vacation tomorrow (Sunday). I realized Thursday that I never renewed my passport. I was devastated to say the least. Then I found Sam. She worked tirelessly Thursday to find me a spot out of state. She would not give up! She walked me through every step of gathering everything I needed and shipping it out. Today is Saturday, just before noon my new passport arrived!! We had no margin for error and failure was not an option. Sam made it all work out! I'm going on vacation with my family all thanks to Sam!!! :)

Sam did a great job helping us! I was a little weary using a 3rd party service because it sounded too good to be true, but it was TRUE! We needed a quick turnaround time for my baby's passport (within 3 days) and Sam really delivered. She made herself available for my questions during the whole process, questions big or small. She communicated what I was to expect and it turned out exactly that way. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it seemed a little costly. Thanks so much Sam, thanks to you we were able to take our baby on her first vacation! I would definately recommend this service to anyone in a bind. A++

Samantha helped my husband tremendously when he realized he needed a new passport ASAP. We called her several times over a two day period to make sure we were doing things correctly, that things were moving along as needed, and that she could send his new passport to our travel agent who would follow up on a needed visa, etc. She was consistently helpful and patient, and Fastport got the job done. My husband got his new passport right away. Amazing! Our travel agent asked us how much we paid for Fastport's service, and when we told her the cost (including the cost for FedExing the forms, etc. to Fastport), she said it was VERY reasonable. We are very pleased. We would recommend Fastport to anyone who needs a passport renewal ASAP.

My newly adult daughter and her older brother were traveling to visit family in Seattle, and from there to see friends in Canada. We did not realize my daughter's passport had expired when she became an adult. We applied for a rush passport two weeks before her travel date. Alas, she went out of state to visit family after that and did not think to check her e-mail. She had no idea that she needed to send in all kinds of documents to make the passport a reality until 3 days before her trip. I thought Canada was simply off the books, but Samantha at Fastport Passport pulled off a small miracle! Thank you so much!

I found this company a few weeks ago when I was in a rush to get to Mexico. I read reviews, equally there were good and bad reviews, but I figured I would give them a shot anyways. I filled out the online form then printed out the instructions for getting a new passport. A few hours later I happened to read over the confirmation email they sent to me and I realized that somehow I had selected to renew my passport rather than apply for a new one. Since I don't have a good passport to renew off of this obviously wouldn't work. So I emailed their customer service and the next day received an email from Steven stating that he had made the change for me. Well, a few days later (while I was still trying to gather the necessary documents) I was forced to cancel my trip to Mexico. Since I was unable to leave the country in the following two weeks I wasn't even eligible for the 3-day rush order on my new passport. So again I emailed customer service explaining my situation. A response email stating that they would look into my case and get back to me arrived in my inbox a day later. I waited a week and got no additional communication. So yesterday I emailed customer service again explaining my situation and that I had yet to hear anything back from them regarding my cancellation and refund. Less than an hour later I received a confirmation email that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund (minus $65 admin fees). This company was very easy to work with even in my not-so-great situation. If I am ever in need of a quicker than usual passport then I will definitely be using them and I would definitely recommend them to others. Even though it took me a week to get a refund, at least I did, after all, they are only human and my email request may have simply been forgotten! Thank you fastport passport!
