Our family have been waiting for about a year for our vacation and then 4 days before we leave for Canada when I saw that my 11yr old's passport was expired!!! I really felt like I was going to faint. We went online to see how we could resolve this and that's when we saw the website for Fastport Passport. I did my research on them and found that they have excellent reviews. When my husband finally called them, he spoke to Sam and she explained everything, step by step and basically put our minds at ease. We submitted the paper works that same day and just a little over 24 hours we had my daughter's passport being delivered by FedEx. Thank you again Sam for answering all of our questions and for helping us get through such a difficult situation. You will be a part of this memorable vacation for making it even possible!

I am leaving for Ireland tomorrow morning and realized Tuesday night that I didn't know where my passport was. I ordered the 24 hr service and sent in all of my documentation to Sam on Wednesday afternoon. This morning (Friday) I had a brand new passport in my hands! She was extremely helpful and timely with responding to my questions, and I never doubted that she would Get my passport to me on time. If you have the choice use Sam!! She is awesome.

It was Wednesday and I needed my new passport by Saturday to make my Monday flight. I paid the fee online, filled out the Govt. online form and printed it out. I followed the instructions that Fastport Passport had listed and overnighted the items by Fed-Ex that afternoon. They got them on Thursday and Sam called me to verify everything and answered my questions. They got my passport on Friday and sent me a confirming email. They overnighted it and I received my new passport and all the materials I had sent, including my old passport, on Saturday morning. I won't miss my flight to Kenya now and I owe it all to them. Very, very pleased with the service. Yes, it was a lot of money, but to miss the flight and trip would have cost me a lot more than the price of a plane ticket. Great job.

I applied for passports for my husband and I for a trip to Mexico for my graduation trip. We scheduled to leave on a redeye the night I was graduating and we applied 3 weeks in advance. Everything that could possibly go wrong did! The passport agency shut down multiple times for bad weather, memorial day, system overload etc... we had some bad luck! STEVEN worked so hard to still make it happen and I received my passports this morning... the day of my graduation ... and we leave tonight for Mexico!!! Thanks for making it happen Steven!!!

All i can say is the Fastport Passport team has worked a miracle... I do not know how they accomplish such a stressful task when i could not get an appointment at a Passport Agency for 3 weeks. I found the service online and ordered the 1 business day service. I fedex the passport renewal to them and then got a phone call my photos were not proper. I emailed them new photos as they suggested and they got it professionally developed and sent in with my application. I got the passport this morning without fail i travel this weekend for an experience i have been waiting for my whole life. You guys made my dream come true...

Sam was incredible. My daughter was leaving the country for a summer program and realized she lost her passport. Sam walked me through the process, explained everything clearly and made all the necessary arrangements to receive my application over a holiday weekend to ensure we received our replacement passport back in 1 day. Her follow up was incredible both by phone and email. I would highly, highly recommend Sam and her organization without hesitation!!
