I am writing this recommendation for Sam F. One week before my departure, I failed to realize that my passport was going to expire within 6 months. For overseas travel, the passport expiration date must be well past that time. Despite it being short notice and a holiday weekend, Sam was able to have my passport ready for pickup the morning of my flight. Of course, I had to pay an expedited fee, but I believe it was worth every penny.

Found out I lost my passport at the last minute. Thanks to very clear direction from Sam I was able to get my Passport on time for a very important vacation trip. I contacted Sam on Wednesday and had my passport in hand on Saturday morning.

Wow, I was so impressed with my experience with fastport. For a mere few hundred dollars I was able to get my passport in a week. I even made a mistake on my application and they called to confirm and correct it for me! Also, when I was worried that it wouldn't get to me in time with the service I chose they let me upgrade over the phone in minutes- so easy! It was a breeze to get someone on the phone to talk to- very minimal waiting or holding or talking to a machine. You guys are great- thank you so much!!
