Five days before leaving on a family vacation to Norway and it was a good time to collect all of the passports. Unfortunately, my son's passport was missing and a frantic search turned up zilch. And no one could miss work to spend 1-2 days fumbling around at the Post Office. Enter FastPort PassPort. They made a complicated and stress-filled situation manageable. All we had to do was get a new passport picture, submit passport forms at the Post Office and use Fedex for a first overnight delivery - and we had a new passport in hand in 48 hours. It is not cheap but when you have no options, you want to be sure of the result. Norway was great - thanks to Sam and the team!

My Grandmother passed away on Sunday, her funeral will be held on Saturday in Canada. I was desperate to be able to go, but I did not have a passport for my eleven-month-old. I paid for the miracle 24-hour service, shipped my information via FedEx yesterday and just received confirmation that my daughter's passport has been shipped and will arrive tomorrow morning.
