This was the second time that I used this company. The service was excellent as before. We had very short turn-around time before getting on an overseas trip. With their 24-hour service, my daughter's passport application was sent to them on Monday morning, and I was able to get her renewed passport at 8am Thursday. I realized my passport was expired on a Thursday. I spoke with Sam who instructed me on what documents I would need and where to get them. I overnightted my documents Late Thursday they processed everything on Friday and sent it back arriving on Saturday morning. I was very nervous throughout the whole process but my advice is to not worry. Sam instructed me all along the way and fastport did everything they said they will. This company is great and 100% legitimate. I recommend to anyone who needs a new passport at the last minute, and once you send it stop worrying they will take care of you. I realized less than 2 weeks before I was due to fly out of the country that my passport had expired. You can imagine the sense of dread and panic that came over me. I called three separate offices of the Dept. of State trying to set up an in-person appointment to expedite my passport renewal and all I got was an automated system saying there were no in-person slots available at any office until the day after I was due to fly. I had no idea what to do. So I Googled, and it brought me to Fastport Passport. I did an extensive search of reviews and Better Business ratings to make sure this place was legit because it seemed odd that there was a company that could get this done that fast. Well trust me, they are legit and they are amazing at what they do. Does it cost a lot of money? You bet. But when you have zero alternatives, it is certainly worth a few hundred bucks to have peace of mind that your passport will get done and done on time. I was able to speak with a live person several times during the process to get updates about how the processing of my renewal was coming along. They put my mind at ease. My passport arrived exactly when they said it would. I received it an incredible 9 days after I had first realized that my original one had expired (and if you need it faster than that, they can do that too). Call it an expensive lesson learned about checking my passport months in advance of any future trips I take. I would recommend Fastport Passport to anyone who finds his- or herself in a similar, unfortunate situation as I did. They were great.

I have to say honestly, that I was skeptical and afraid to trust this company. So much trust and money was at stake! In the end, I DID trust them and they proved worthy of that trust! I ended up not having to use this service because I had started with another company and they came through. I needed a back up plan and Samantha was excellent and assured me verbally they could get the job done with expediting a passport within 48 hours. Thanks for your great customer service!
