I overnighted my expedited passport application package and within just a hour after they received it, I got a confirmation and a personal email from a customer service rep. She was extremely helpful and contacted me with updates. She answered my phone call promptly as well. It was really refreshing to know that a real person was working on my passport so that I could receive it before my travel of such short notice! Carrie at Fastport Passport provided great service and helped me get my passport in 3 days. Had a work trip to Canada and forgot to check my passport until 5 days before leaving. It was expired and I need urgent help. Carrie walked me through the process, helped me double check things, and after fed ex my application to fastport passport on Monday I had a new passport in my hand on Thursday morning in California. We booked a cruise to Alaska and paid the fees upfront, which I might add were substantial to say the least. We made all the arrangements and then like an idiot Instead of doing it first I went to the safe deposit box and got our passports. We'll, much to my dismay I noticed that they had expired.
