Many of my colleagues questioned my choice to use this service but, as I’d used them before with excellent results I chose to try again... and thank god I did. When my plans changed, fastport accommodated them and manages to do what seemed to be the impossible. Their customer service (Madeleine h. I owe you!!!) is outstanding and worth every penny.

It was a great experience working with Madeleine H.of Fastport Passport. I needed to get my passport for an upcoming trip to Canada in a pinch and found their services. It did not go so smoothly as i would hope, though that was on my part and the Passport agency not theirs; I sent a written DS-11 and not a printed one the first time I sent in everything else and then the US-DOS had a problem with The letter of Authorization I'd sent. Madeleine H.helped every step of the way and was very response, when the problem with the Letter of Authorization occurred she notified me about it and even paid the shipping for the documents to be sent. I will most certainly be using their services again when the time arises. Thank you Madeleine!!!
