Great experience with this company. I had a flight coming up for my family of 5 and my 3 kids needed their first passports. Waited a little too long so had to go through an expeditor. I picked these guys based on positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. From the first time I called in they were extremely professional and helpful. I spoke with Carrie, who helped me get my application together, and updated me at each stage of the process. She remembered the details of my situation, was sending me update texts, etc. Totally on top of it. Certainly not cheap, but worth it for the peace of mind in an otherwise stressful situation.

I wish I could give Fastport Passport more than 5 stars, I just got back from the most amazing vacations and it's all because of Julie! Here's the story - Unfortunately, I had let my passport expire about two years ago. So, when my friends started talking about going on a last minute trip for New Years I was really stressing out because I didn't think I'd be able to go with less than a month to figure out my passport situation. Still, I started looking everywhere to try and figure out a way to make this happen and that's when I reached out to Fastport Passport. Within 24 hours Julie was on the phone with me, sharing stories and letting me know that everything would be okay as well as walking me through the process on how to get this done. After we got off the call, Julie sent me a follow up email with step by step directions on what I'd need to collect, submit, and send to her. She also sent a prepaid overnight shipping label to help expedite the process even more. After I collected everything, I let Julie know that I just dropped it in the mail so she could work with her team to make sure everything would be ready as soon as it was received. My mind was blown with how quickly she turned it around - I sent it in on a Tuesday, and had my passport in hand on the following Monday. Thank you so much Fastport Passport (and especially Julie) for helping me pull this trip together! It was so much fun and it couldn't have happened without you!!
