Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

Weeks before a work trip, I realized my passport was going to expire. I had my concerns that this would work but it did! I researched several companies and this one was the most straightforward with competitive prices. I received my new passport within the purchased time and can breathe a huge sigh of relief now!

OMG....Madeleine was amazing. From the onset of the panic when I realized my passport had expired 5 days before I was to leave for Spring Break, to the beautiful moment the Fed Ex guy delivered my passport, my time with her was extraordinary. She went over the necessary paperwork via phone and then sent me a recap via email. I had my paperwork Fed ex'ed by Monday at 3 and received my passport on Thursday morning for my 7 AM flight on Friday. She checked in several times over the 2 day process via email and phone. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the customer service that I received. Thank you Madeleine.

My daughter was planning a trip and we realized her passport had expired. When I called and explained my situation, I was told it would be tight but no guarantees. Then Carrie called me personally. She told me exactly how to fill out the form and to include items to be on the safe side. She even emailed to confirm our mailing address. We were really nervous and I had my doubts about it arriving. My daughter's flight was at noon. At 8am we opened the door to find the new passport and all documents returned. Carrie is nothing short of amazing.

A week ago today I was in a panic having discovered that my passport had expired and I was supposed to leave the country in just over a week. With a nor'easter barreling down on the East Coast I sent my paperwork off to Fastport Passport not knowing if and when it would even get there, much less get back to me. My new passport just arrived and I can breathe again. THANK YOU!! You are worth every penny.

These folks really saved our trip for my wife and me. Carrie and Madeleine were the best, very professional and caring. They both went the extra mile to make sure we got our passports on time. Highly recommend. Scott W

Carrie was such a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly surprised to have contact with a knowledgable staffer as I was really under the gun to get my passport for a last minute trip. Carrie worked with me to make sure that everything on their end went smoothly even though we had a bit of delay in the shipping due to FedEx but Fastport Passport got me my passport on Tuesday morning and I left on Tuesday afternoon!

Fantastic service. I needed my passport in a hurry and was certainly anxious about sending off all my documents in the mail BUT these guys delivered! Great, very professional communication throughout the whole process. They even got my passport back to me sooner than expected. Highly recommended!!

I was so scared to use a courier company instead of the traditional post office/ acceptance facility. I was already cutting it close on time and knew the traditional route would potentially leave me without a passport and missing my trip. Fastport did every single thing they said they would do, had the most professional customer service and I got my passport with time to spare. Thank you to Madeline and the Fastport team, you are the best!!!
