These people absolutely suck,bought a sauna over $1,000 ,lifetime warranty,I have an autoimmune disease,as well as arthritis,and multiple cancer sites,my sauna is junk,doesn't reach 100° I've called over a dozen times,they say they will get back to me,had me do multiple tests,then never get back to me,I talk to a different person every time I call,,and they all play stupid,so I have this sitting for 3years now as a large piece of crap in my house thanks to family pool,I am in poor health,and retired firefighter,all I can say is go kiss my,,,,where the sun doesn't shine ,,,,,,,,,,,yourself family pool.com,,,u suck,,I recommend dont do business here you may be sorry

I purchased a S R Smith diving board from Family Pool Fun over the internet. They showed the diving board on their web site and I called them to confirm that it was the right replacement for the older board that I owned. I even gave them the manufactures part number to make sure it was the correct board. I placed the order on their web site and had to give them my zip code, so the freight charges would be correct to my home. On my order acknowledgement, they even added a $2.98 residential delivery fee. It was a pop-up box that stated I had to pay the fee or it would not come to my home. It would be held at a shipping terminal for me to pickup. I paid the crazy fee and placed my order. Two weeks later I called them to check on the status of the order. The girl told me my diving board was older and obsolete, that they may not make that board anymore. So I called S R Smith direct and they stated that they still make the board and they are in stock to order from their distributors. Family Pool called me that same day and now they tell me I have to pay an extra $79.58 to cover the extra shipping charges to my home to get the board. They would not honor the printed acknowledgement that I received when I placed my order. It even shows shipping & handling fees on the receipt. I told them to stick their board and cheating ways. Also S R Smith does not show them on their authorized dealer list. I wonder how many Military Veterans they have Cheated !!!

My experience with FamilyPoolFun was AWESOME!! Jay and the team were very helpful in determining the right pool cover to replace an existing one. Ordered on a Tuesday and received Friday!!!

I was having trouble finding the correct bolt pattern for my safety cover for my 20 year old pool. I told Jay what I had and he knew exactly what I was talking about and promised me he had what I needed. I even insisted I walk outside and explain to him how my bolt pattern lined up and he told me what I had before I told him. Ordered on a Friday evening and received product on Wednesday. GREAT GREAT GREAT service and competitive price. Thanks, Jay

Purchased a pool heater and had the audacity to call and ask if it was actually in stock to plan accordingly for install. Was told someone would call me in 30 mins. I waited and called back 3 hours later and told they were busy and I would be called by the end of the day. I called 3.5 hours later at the end of the business day and was told they drop ship so they don't actually carry it but Jay will call you tomorrow and verify. I get a call this morning saying yes, it can be shipped immediately but there will also be a new "access charge of $186". What??? Canceled. Wasted 24 hours I could have had a real company ship the pool heater. Don't waste your time with this unreliable unpredictable company.

EXCELLANT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. I bought a pool from Jay last summer and 2 months after the 1 yr warranty expired my filter started leaking. Jay and Amy were able to get the manufacturer to replace the filter because it was clearly a seam that just started cracking for an unknown reason. They went above and beyond to get it replaced to save me hundreds of dollars. Definitely will recommend this company to my friends.

Family Pool Fun is a business with a personal touch. They value each and every customer . They stand behind their products . Years ago when we bought a pool that we were putting up ourselves we were having trouble understanding part of the instructions . My husband called and talked to someone on the phone ( on a Saturday!) . He was most kind and helpful . We have enjoyed our pool for 12 summers now . I highly recommend this company. We have also purchased pool accessories and have always been highly satisfied over the years

Family Pool Fun are nothing but a bunch of liars and thief's. They sent me the wrong pool and then did everything they could to not address the problem.
