The pool I purchased is exactly what was shipped, the box was torn and I didn't think any parts where missing, but when I attempted to assemble it almost a year later , there was a couple of small pieces missing. I called family pool to purchase the missing parts, because I knew after that long a time there would be no way to claim the parts missing. But instead family pool sent me the missing pieces with no charge and followed up twice with me to make sure I was taking care of. This is a great company to deal with on a pool purchase from my experience. The staff are very helpful thank you so much.

Searched everywhere and decided to order from Family Pool. The pool was as described and we are very please. Had one item missing but after notifying them it was shipped. The thing is when ordering something online that cost this much you worry of being ripped off but I truly believe this company is a class act and one can be assured he’s dealing with a good company. We are very pleased

I spoke with Jay today about a part I needed for my pool that I purchased in 2017. Jay was prompt in returning my call, getting what I needed shipped out quickly. I would recommend family pool fun to anyone. Great company to do business with.

I didnt know this company was a sh!t show until after i placed my order and did some reading. Great website! Then things got real. Pool was delivered, I went through the pallet and shipping list. No pump or filter was shipped (was to be part of the premium package) and no email or anything indicating it would be a 2 part shipment. Customer service was totally rude, evasive, and no hep whatsoever over the 3 days I had to deal with this problem. Fortunately I purchased this pool through one of the listed vendors on the website, and they were the lucky ones to deal with this company to track down where and when I would get a pump. So about 2 weeks after my pool arrived, I got the pump. The pool looks great, all the other pieces were there. IMO, the risk of having something wrong with your order from this company is pretty large, and the help you get from them in return is tiny. I can't recommend. And I've never written about or rated a company ever before.

SECOND UPDATE: We returned the chlorinator that they mistakenly sent, and they will not refund the shipping portion. It was their mistake, they should refund the shipping, too. Jay (the owner), promised they would refund the shipping, too, but two weeks later, still no refund. What an awful, scam of a company, and the rudest, smoke-rasp-voiced customer service people ever. They should be shutdown and prosecuted. UPDATE: We received the replacement part, and it was the same one we received the first time! Unbelievable! This company is THE WORST company. Again, DO NOT patronize this awful business. Service after the sale is definitely not this company's motto. Once they have your money, forget about Customer Service. After sending the wrong part, my wife has called four times, and I have called twice, and the salesman (Jay) has never returned any of our phone calls. This seems to be a trend with this company, judging from the other online reviews I have read. If not for the pool installer's endorsement, I would never have used this company. There are too many online pool supply pages to waste your time on this one. Stay as far away from this company as you can!

They seemed helpful at first but then didn't get pump delivered with pool. Its 4 days later and I've yet to hear back about where the pump is or what they are doing to rectify situation.Never will I use them again.

Family Pool Fun needs to be shut down! They sold me a pool with upgrades....everything was wrong, except the liner. Had to go locally to buy parts during the installation, and Family Pool Fun refuses to reimburse me. Also, all communication is done through email. They would not call me at all.....I called them several times, and just got ignored everytime. They'll argue with you at top voice, when your trying to explain your problems. This is how their customer service operates. They said their an internet company, and therefore the limited to how they handle issues. If I could rate a minus 5 stars i would....dont buy here, you'll regret it , i promise you... should you feel the need to buy pool/accessories, try intheswim.com. they'll treat you right!
