Placed an order 2 weeks ago for pool steps , still hasn't shipped and nobody will return a phone call or respond to an email. Definitely poor communication and very frustrating. I'd go elsewhere if I had it to do over again.

Initial order was great... 8 years later it's a shitshow. I can't get anybody on the horn to talk about my order. I have no liner for the summer. It's been over 3 weeks and no communication with this company. A pathetic customer service experience and an embarrassment to run a company like this. I will never do business with these people again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DONT DO IT. Listen to the other reviews. They say "about two weeks" but it will take MONTHS and the directions are horrible. You are building it by guessing. They never reply to your messages and they run you in circles. Buy from another company, save yourself the nightmare that has been my pool experience.

No response from this company, took forever to get my pool and then ordered the pump and liner, got the pump but no liner, no one will respond to calls, emails or text messages, this is outrageous the way they treat customers 😡😡😡😡

I rate 0 stars. I ordered a pool on 5/4/2020. Weeks went by and then after me contacting them multiple times the order was on back order until July sometime. Jay offered to cancel my order and stated that I would receive my refund the next day which was a Friday or by Monday. A week later and multiple and I mean multiple attempts to reach anybody by phone. Had a rude email response from a Cierra and then somebody responded days later by FB messenger claiming that the account department had mailed out a check and they could stop payment on the check and mail a new one. This seems to be a stall tactic. The way Jay made it sound it would go back into my account. They ran to the bank with my money. Most companies don't cash/charge an account until the order is shipped. I am trying to get a response from somebody. The messaging stopped on FB messenger. The girl Cierra told me in the rude email that when I get my refund don't bother ever ordering from their website again. TRUST ME I WOULD NEVER. Then you call the number and you get a voicemail and next time you may get mailbox full and then few minutes later you can leave a voicemail, so you know they are listening to the voicemails. They have $3312.19 of my money. I will pursue this further if they do not respond and send me my refund ASAP. They claim to be a Christian company and 29 years in business. I understand the delays due to Covid-19, but their customers service is terrible and to have my 3312.19 and not respond to my calls/emails/messengers messages

I don't even want to give them 1 star. I have bought from this website for many years. I have had a few problems getting the correct order several time but the problem was quickly resolved. Not this year. I ordered 24 bags of Burst Shock and got ONE bag!. I contacted them immediately. I have yet to get a reply except to say what the tracking number was. Of course I paid for the shock I never received and so now I'm in the process of disputing charges thru my credit card company. Will NEVER buy from them again. Also, I just found out my friend ordered before I did and she got a bunch of product she didn't even order and none of the product she did order.

Ordered on 05/28/2020. Today is 06/11/2020. Never heard back from them. They did charge my card right away when I ordered. Contacted them for an estimate on my delivery and all I got was : Andrea will call you in few days. Never happened. If I get any updates, I let you guys know.

I'm going to add to the already BAD REVIEWS!! Do not order from this company! I've waited 5 plus weeks, just to get the RUN AROUND, on an answer about my pool delivery and now cancellation!!! Customer service is TERRIBLE! They will never call you, and you will keep getting the RUN AROUND! Whoever owns this company should fire everyone and start over, if possible. I understand delays, I get that part. I understand transit issues right now! Got that part. The RUN AROUND and bad customer service and lies to me, are unacceptable! I wish i had gotten the pool i ordered! But no luck! See reviews before mine, they are ALL like this!! (my story, my opinion). This has stressed me out. They charged by card, I never got the pool, then they cancelled everything on me!! I had to hunt them down to get an answer!!
