Horrible company, acts as if they have pools in stock but they don't, they take your money and then you never hear back from them. Glad my credit card company has my back!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Customer service is HORRIBLE. and for a man who claims to be religious, he is the biggest scam artist I've ever met. I'm in contact with the BBB to get my issue resolved, but please spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

This was the most awful experience I have ever had buying anything talked to jay personally when I ordered pool twice very nice and helpful then afterwards the payment was made jay can’t be reached I never got my full order and am owed refund on my pool cove sent all info many times they don’t say they are stealing your money instead they send u links to talk to this person then this person and send another request but what’s funny when I ordered I talked to the owner jay twice with no problem if u think of ordering I suggest rethinking I fell in the trap of local costs more and if that’s what your decision is based on please for your sake and sanity spend the extra money jay is a joke

STAY AWAY. By far the worst company I've had to deal with in a long, long time. Yes, everyone's experiencing covid issues this year. But this goes well beyond that. There is no customer help at all...customer service number goes straight to voicemail. They take on too much and then can't help anyone. They send out random emails that contradict each other and then when you email back or call and leave voicemails, no one gets back to you. My order was moved a month, twice, then cancelled. I called and called and emailed and emailed and no one bothered getting back to me throughout the entire process aside from a generic email here and there saying "check your latest email" or "thanks and be patient"...nothing whatsoever that answered any of my actual questions. I've since had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back and also have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau.

I would advise anyone to avoid using this company. I purchased a pool from them and not only was it very poor quality they did not ship all the pieces. Their customer support is unbelievably bad. They have no intentions of working with me are making anything right.

DO NOT order from Jay. I submitted an order on May 25th, the money was taken out of my account the next day and I still don't have the product. After waiting for a 3 week delay because he was so busy, i was told today it would be another 3 weeks before I would get them. DO NOT order from him.

Ordered on May 15th still no pool getting the same response as everyone else. They have no pools but continue to sell them on their website. I canceled my order waiting for PayPal to refund my acct. These ppl will take your money tell u how awesome the pool is that you ordered and than treat you like they are doing you a favor. Other websites are being honest and letting ppl know they are out of stock. Buyer beware don't give your money away. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

All I ordered was a ladder for my pool, it’s been a month and I still haven’t received it I have wrote to them countless times and all I get is a form letter back I really wished I would have looked at these reviews before I ordered this I will be letting the Better Business Bureau know The lack of ethic this business has!!!
