After 1 month I didn't receive it yet

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. I didn’t order till December 12th, so if it was a couple days late, it was fine. That was my fault. But I received the same email someone else had mentioned. That it was probably already shipped, but due to a computer glitch they just haven’t been able to update the tracking number. In customer service terms, that means nothing has been done with the order. That was the last I heard regarding the order. When I go onto the website to locate the order, and input the order number I was given, it says it’s not a valid order number. No phone number to call. I will be calling my bank for a full refund.

My first place to stop when I need a gift that's meaningful, unique and high-quality. I cant say enough good things about this site.

I had ordered a customized ornament and shirt for Christmas on December 8th and on December 13th I received an e-mail saying my order was delayed. I kept e-mailing and e-mailing them about the concern of my order, since these are Christmas gifts. I have ordered customized orders elsewhere and received them on time. I received e-mails that they were busy with production and that they would try to rush my order. After e-mailing them almost everyday, I sent an e-mail on the 20th and 21st in wanting to cancel my order since I truly need it for Christmas. I've had to find alternative gifts in the meantime since Christmas is in 3 days. Just today on the 22nd, I received an e-mail that my order was shipped on the 18th, but I never received any type of confirmation on the shipping on the 18th and receiving one now since I mentioned that I would cancel my other. The other downside is that their only source of contact is an e-mail address, however, the e-mail turn around isn't quick and there's no follow up. Please I beg you, DO NOT offer from this company. It's not worth the money especially if you're trying to give a loved one a nice gift. SO NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!

I am very excited for my son as he opens his gift of the wallet with the special message inside.

My order was late and the customer service is terrible. To boot, my ornament looks like something one of the children made. Zero stars is not an option, but it should be.

Im still waiting for my order. Not one tracking number has been sent to me. This was suppose to be a special order for my husband to announce the arrival of our first baby. This is horrible don't order from this company!!

I posted a review a few days ago and all of a sudden my order was “shipped” yet there is no tracking information from DHL, it isn’t even in transit yet. Not sure if they did that to try and make me feel better but it only made things worse and now I know that the company really is as shady as I thought they were when I posted my first review. Horrible place, horrible people (if they even exist, wouldn’t know because they don’t have a phone number to call). Just wrong.
