I order my ornament and it didn't arrive till after Christmas and there was a bubble in the ornament. The quality of it is horrible. Not worth the money. It took almost a month to get to me.

They love their cups but very disappointed in the whole shipping part. I had to go to the post office a few times for them to track it for me. I just received the second one on Monday.

Shopping with Family Panda was my worst…
Shopping with Family Panda was my worst shopping experience. I shop online a lot, especially during 2020, and never experienced something like that. I have ordered 2 Christmas ornaments way on time for the Christmas presents. The ornaments were different (one of each). Guess what, the items arrived today, on January 7th, with having 2 ornaments in the little package but not what I ordered, they were two items of one order and no trace of the other item of same order. Waste of my time and money. Now the battle for a refund begins.

Great job
Great job. Ordered 2 canvas for both of my daughters. One was a college graduate and the other was a high school graduate. They both came out great and they plan to display them on their walls.

DO NOT ORDER
This company is terrible! Do not order anything from them, and if you do don't ever count on seeing the item or getting your money back. I ordered an item weeks before Christmas with a "guarantee" that it would be there before Christmas. Well now it is January 6th and the item still isn't here and they have stopped responding to my emails for a refund. Whenever they do respond, its always the same automated crap message saying "you're item is in processing and cannot be modified". BULL. This was not a unique item, just a simple sweatshirt off the website. I will never deal with this company again and I will tell everyone I can to do the same. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
