I previously ordered and the process was seamless and my jewelry was delivered on time. I saw another piece of jewelry that I really wanted, therefore, I trusted the process again. I was very pleased the beautiful jewelry and the efficiency of service.

The pendant is very nice but it's only one sided. The photos don't show both sides. The other side is just a hollow cut out. So if the pendant moves, as they do, it will show the unfinished back. It would have been really nice if it were complete.

At Factory Direct Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring that all our customers are satisfied with both our products and our customer support.
