I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. When I finally got a email from a human everything was straightened out. They emailed me multiple times to make sure that I was satisfied . The 4 star rating is because what I had to go through with in a chat for 3 hours before I could get to a human.

’ve been a member since 2019 and, until now, have been overall pretty happy with the service. Somehow, the zip code on my account was changed. I have no idea how, since I haven’t touched my account information since I joined in 2019. Because of this, my box was apparently destroyed by their shipping company. What’s been even more frustrating is trying to get help. I’ve called, emailed, and now have been sitting on hold in their chat for over an hour. I’ve been told someone would call me back or email me, but neither has happened. In the past, I’ve received a few items that stopped working or arrived damaged, but they were relatively inexpensive products, so I didn’t make a big deal about it and was generally happy with everything else. This situation is different. I don’t understand why the shipping company didn’t contact me or the company before destroying the shipment, and I’m even more disappointed by how difficult it has been to get any kind of response or resolution. After being a member for seven years, I expected much better customer service. At this point, I’m seriously considering canceling my membership because of both the shipping issue and, more importantly, the lack of customer support.

There was a big problem with my Fall Box. I was very frustrated but their customer service made a good effort to try and resolve my satisfaction. The boxes are fun to receive.

I have been with FFF since 2018 and it has become my go to subscription for treating myself. Each season I fully customize my box with a mixture of beauty, lifestyle, fitness and fun items from high end brands that fit with the season. I normally won't go out of my way for some of these things because I know they are just trends but having access to them as part of a "treat yourself" subscription makes them much more accessible and I end up adding better things to my routines. My skin care has improved because I have learned how to use products introduced by FFF. I now have higher quality makeup that makes more of an impact while using less because of FFF. I have cuter kitchen items that I use all the time because of FFF. My shower now feels like a luxury spa because of FFF. The key is to go into it looking at the selection for things you want rather than need and make it a treat to yourself.

I've had FFF off and on for years. I keep coming back! You just cannot get such high end products for these prices anywhere else. Addicted.

FabFitFun has TERRIBLE customer service. I had added things to my cart as add-ons, planning to edit later, but lost track of time. As soon as I got the confirmation email, I reached out to see if they could cancel the order. I got CRICKETS - not even an acknowledgement. Then, because I happened to move as things were shipping, I attempted to change my address on everything, and again, VERY slow response if at all (several follow ups required). Some items were straight up delivered to my old house, and at least one was forwarded to the post office where I then had to pay postage due to retrieve it. Another I was able to divert to a CVS, but that was after paying about $30 to upgrade the service and forward. I'll 100% be cancelling my subscription at this point. They absolutely do not care about their customers.
