When its good its great. When its bad its a scam. I subscribed. Go to customize everything I want (thay was adverised) is out of stock. Fine. I choose whats left. A month later (more than 5 weeks after fall boxes shipped out) they email that my box is delayed. The following week i reach out. They cant give me an update. They have supply chain issues and have no idea when it will be able to be fulfilled. I request a cancelleation and refund. It appears they cancelled but havent refunded me. And wont confirm whether I am ir am not cancelled.

Had a 2 year subscription & wouldn't recommend
Had a subscription for two years. It's very overpriced considering the actual items you receive. Your options are predominantly cheaply made items that no one would actually buy. Cheap jewelry that breaks or tarnishes after first use. Thin and cheaply made clothes and textiles. Crappy bottom of the barrel beauty products. The sum of what you receive is less than the money you spend. Go elsewhere.

Truly garbage customer service.
The products they offer are great but the customer service makes me want to rip my eye balls out. There’s no accountability when they make a mistake and I’ve never seen slower response time. I’ve had to reopen my complaint multiple times in order to keep the conversation going.

Beware of their ordering system outside…
Beware of their ordering system outside of the seasonal boxes. They operate like a regular store but if you put something in your cart they automatically transact it as a sale. I got an advent calendar sent to me that I didn't mean to order and now they tell me they have NO RETIRN SYSYEM. Is this even allowed under customer protection??

⭐ 1/5 Stars
⭐ 1/5 Stars — Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
My experience with FabFitFun has been incredibly frustrating. I reached out to have my Flash Sale order canceled, but they failed to respond to me for an entire week. By the time they finally got back to me, it was apparently too late to cancel the order.
It honestly feels like my request was intentionally ignored until the cancellation window had passed. Now, instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the situation, they are making the process unnecessarily difficult.
Customer service should be about helping customers, not leaving them waiting for a week and then refusing to work with them when the delay was on their end. I did my part by reaching out in time, and I shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences of their lack of communication.
I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. The lack of timely communication, accountability, and willingness to resolve the issue has seriously damaged my trust in FabFitFun. I expected much better customer service and would strongly encourage others to think twice before ordering if this is how they handle cancellation requests.

Customer service is incompetent, condescending and worthless. They will not do the bare minimum
Contacted customer service to get an answer on shipping. They refused to help. It was past the time of a month so I filed a dispute. Magically the box was rushed and shipped out with a few emails of fake empathy and asking me to spend more time working with my card to get it recharged. They offered a solution but wanted me to do the work to get a letter stating it was fine. It would have been much easier for them not to ship-since it was not important to them before-I asked them to keep the box. Instead they sent anyway just to try to get around the dispute. They refused to intercept the package and now cannot be bothered to answer email. I wish I would have checked reddit or any of the FB groups prior to getting sucked back in. I did it several years ago and the products were very boring. I joined again because selection looked better but the growth over the years led to one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I got suckered into the year subscription-now I want nothing to do with this terrible company. Do not make the same mistake. Do not give your money to this company.

I used this service for a long time and…
I used this service for a long time and loved it but unfortunately it’s changed. The quality, customer service and guarantee you actually receive the items you paid for have drastically changed. I cancelled my subscription.

Probably one of the single most…
Probably one of the single most disappointing retail experiences I can call to mind.
I was a loyal FabFitFun annual member for nearly a decade, and I was never someone who simply received the seasonal box and moved on. I went all in—customizations, add-ons, Edit boxes, gift boxes, extras, auto-refills, and plenty of additional purchases over the years. I genuinely enjoyed FabFitFun and the fun of discovering new products with every box.
Unfortunately, something changed, and my experience this year was so disappointing that I ultimately canceled my subscription.
My Fall box—and several hundred dollars worth of add-ons—never arrived, even though my credit card had been charged.
I initially contacted FabFitFun through the online customer service portal. I provided the requested information through the chatbot and was told, essentially, that the issue had been reported. I waited several days for someone to follow up. Nothing.
I went back through the chatbot again and was told that the issue had already been reported. So I waited a few more days. Still nothing.
I eventually found a customer service telephone number and called. I was given very little information and was essentially told, if the order hadn't arrived by then, it probably wasn't coming. That was it.
I waited another day or two, hoping someone would actually follow up and resolve the situation. Nothing.
I called again and asked to speak with a customer care supervisor. I was told someone would call me back. No one did.
I called again a few days later and said I would wait on the phone until a supervisor was available. So I waited.
When I finally spoke with someone, they were pleasant, but the message was basically: the box wasn't coming. There was no replacement box, no meaningful explanation, and no proactive effort to resolve the situation. After a lengthy process, I was at least able to get the money I had paid refunded.
I also asked whether there was any way FabFitFun could provide a box or some other form of compensation given the circumstances. I was told that customer service was inundated with calls and emails, but that someone would reach back out to me with a solution.
You can probably guess what happened.
No one ever reached back out.
That is what has been most disappointing to me—not simply that a shipment was lost or that an order went wrong. Things happen. What matters is how a company responds when something does go wrong.
What was once a fun, cheeky concept and a great way to discover new products has, in my experience, turned into a frustrating customer-service experience where the effort seems to be heavily focused on emails, texts, promotions, and social-media messages encouraging customers to buy more, while the same level of effort doesn't seem to exist when a customer needs help with something they've already purchased.
I no longer feel excited about what might be in the next box. Instead, I found myself wondering whether what I purchased would actually arrive—and what I would have to go through if it didn't.
After being a loyal customer for so many years and spending substantially beyond the cost of the annual membership, that is a very disappointing place to end up.
I have canceled my subscription. I will genuinely miss the fun of FabFitFun and discovering new products, but I won't miss the uncertainty and frustration that now comes with being a customer.
And I'm still trying to figure out how to remove my credit card information from the site—which, despite no longer being a subscriber, seems remarkably difficult to do.
I hope FabFitFun takes a serious look at what is happening with its customer service. Loyal customers can forgive an occasional shipping problem. What is much harder to forgive is feeling like no one cares enough to help resolve it.
