FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

FabFitFun has a great selection of products and deals. They offer health, beauty, fashion, electronics, and home decor. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and all of my experiences with them have been positive. I look forward to curating my quarterly boxes (with annual membership), and then get excited for the box to arrive. Flash sales are frequent, so opportunities to try new products or stock up on favorites are almost always available. I have been very pleased with my experiences with FabFitFun over the last six years and highly recommend giving them a try!

After years of minor issues that were promptly resolved I would recommend FFF to everyone I know. However, after not receiving my fall box and all the extras I ordered I am hesitant on staying a customer. They used SpeedX and they show a successful delivery on 9/9 but no box was left at my house. Now I'm trying to get a refund. I'm disappointed because I truly enjoyed the many years of great products and customer service.

The boxes are good. I used loved the fun decorated prints on the boxes. I can reuse them for something else after opening them. We do get a lot for our money. Thank you

Got Exactly what I wanted.

Fab fit fun sends nothing but garbage. I told them no on the kitchen stuff because I don’t. What did they send me? A cookbook and a casserole dish. The blush isn’t my shade. The dry shampoo is horrible. The face oil I will never use. It was just a box of full of garbage. I want my money back for this box - I will gladly send back - and I want my money back for the annual that I paid for. Fab fit, fun and nothing but junk.

Customer service is non-existent or unavailable because there are 500 people before me in the queue...and for days with no movement. Use trash delivery companies such as SpeedX that never deliver your package and FFF won't refund my money. I don't want them to re-mail the items because it'd just be another month of dealing with SpeedX failing to deliver. This company has gone the way of Causebox, I'm afraid. Very disappointed and working to figure out how to cancel my annual subscription and get my money refund. They used to be great but no longer... seriously, don't do it.

Terrible customer service. They have not resolved my issue and are now completely unresponsive. My issue being a super important one, they have charged me over $300 for the annual subscription and fall box add-ons and after waiting 30 days, they still have not shipped a single product. No tracking information, nothing.

I joined as an annual member in time for the Summer box through a promotion thinking it would be a nice treat to myself. I have already cancelled that annual membership after experiencing nothing but chaos from them, broken items, poor customer service, and a website that doesn’t work. I made my Fall customisations at the end of July and have received next to no updates on the Fall box other than it is in LA. It is now September 11th and I’m expecting this might be one of the boxes that never turns up or arrives with all the wrong items (read all the other reviews). They keep telling me to wait longer. Hopefully I’ll be able to start the refund process soon.
